00:11 Today i am going to tell you a very effective anti aging mask
00:16 For which you need cucumber, lemon juice, rose water & aloe vera gel
00:22 You can easily remove aloe vera gel from aloe vera plant
00:26 Take a leaf, break the leaf from the middle & extract the gel with the help of spoon
00:33 Now how to make this mask
00:35 Cut the cucumber into small pieces
00:39 And put it in a blender
00:41 Add cucumber, aloe vera gel, 1 spoon lemon juice & 1 spoon of rose water
00:47 Add all these ingredients & blend it. Make a very nice paste
00:52 So, a very nice paste is ready
00:55 After that wash your face & pat it dry
00:58 Apply this mixture on your face in circular motion
01:03 Massage it for 1-2 minutes & leave it for around 20 minutes
01:07 After 20 minutes wash it off with cold water. You will feel refreshed. You can use this twice a week
01:14 Aloe vera is a great ingredient for aging skin
01:17 Also it fights acne & sun burns
01:19 You can use aloe vera gel. If you don't want to make this mask then you can mix aloe vera gel & honey on your face
