00:23 when the Department of Migrant Workers issued a closure order.

00:28 According to DMW, the workers here in the Philippines illegally recruit

00:33 the so-called "employees" to be sent to Poland.

00:37 Human trafficking. Workers are being sent out as tourists.

00:41 There is no OEC, they don't pass through DMW.

00:43 And then after that, we don't know which employer they will go to.

00:47 The company's questionable operation was called upon by the Migrant Workers Office in Prague.

00:54 Apparently, they have a branch office in... the main office of the company is in Poland.

01:00 It also operates in Eastern Europe.

01:02 So they are asking the workers to get a credit for the job order.

01:07 They are sourcing the documents of the workers and then they are sent either as tourists or on a student visa.

01:15 They will go there and they promise that they will work there.

01:18 According to DMW, the processing fee of the company is not a joke.

01:25 Around 100,000. The average is around 150,000 per head.

01:29 The price of the ticket and the price of the documentation is different.

01:32 So it's too high.

01:34 The CEO of the company explained that he was planning to get a license to operate legally.

01:43 But they were denied the capital.

01:52 According to DMW, the company's officials are facing an illegal recruitment case committed by a syndicate
