00:10 of Edinburgh breweries.
00:13 This picture from 1984 shows the Lorimer and Clark in Slateford, the last brewery to use
00:19 coal-fired coppers in Britain.
00:23 Here we see employees Bill Edmond and Graham Wood preparing to open the Caledonian Brewery
00:28 in September 1992.
00:31 Morcambe and Wise enjoy a pint of Tenants' Lager with Erica, one of the can's models,
00:36 when they visited the Heriot Brewery at Roseburn in December 1978.
