00:09 Yeah, it's worrisome because there are two elements to that. One is that it's the postcard of China that is moving in our area. Now there's the Navy that is joining the fishing boat. So the situation is changing.
00:34 But it's clear to us, we just watch of course what everybody is doing, but really for us, we will continue to defend our maritime territory. We continue to support all our fishermen, our fisher folk who make their living from these fishing grounds.
