00:00Namaskar! Welcome to Bachelor's Cooking. Today we will teach you how to make Punjabi Gatta Masala.
00:17Gatta is a speciality of Rajasthan but in Punjab Gatta is made in a different way.
00:22So let's start making Punjabi Gatta Masala.
00:25For this we need 400 grams of chickpea flour.
00:31After this we will add a little salt to the chickpea flour.
00:38There will be salt in the gravy but the gatta will be salty so we will add a little salt to the chickpea flour.
00:47A little turmeric powder.
00:501 teaspoon of turmeric powder.
00:551 teaspoon of Kashmiri red chilli powder.

08:31And always add salt after adding tomatoes.
08:33So that the tomatoes cook fast.

08:39About 1 spoon of salt will be added in it.
