00:00 Welcome to Salcom Digital.
00:03 I am your host, Mr. Muhammad Razali and Muhammad.
00:06 We are introducing today what we call it the Salcom Digital Healthcare Bundle.
00:14 I hate to call this because telcos normally have these product bundles.
00:22 But what's more important is what it brings to the doctors and to the clinics.
00:28 What it does is it brings these solutions in a simple one transaction for the doctors.
00:36 In one transaction, the doctors can choose in terms of the type of solutions that they want.
00:42 And in the same transaction, they can choose how that service is going to be delivered to them.
00:47 Either via mobile, either via fiber, if the fiber is available.
00:54 Or either fixed wireless access to their clinics.
00:58 All this choice is available in one option, one time they sit down with our team.
01:05 When what's more important is this will cost no more as low as RM180 per month for them to get this solution.
01:14 And what we would like to thank is a little bit more is how the government helped into this.
01:20 By subsidizing 50% of the cost up to RM5,000 per customer.
01:26 It actually seems quite a lot, this grant, this medallion grant for the SMEs that's available for this initiative.
01:39 So I would like to thank the government of course for this initiative.
01:43 And on behalf of us, all the parties involved and all our partners as well.
01:50 Ladies and gentlemen, we are here today to mark a pivotal movement in our journey towards digitalization.
01:56 Particularly within the healthcare sector.
01:58 A journey significantly propelled by the unprecedented times during the COVID-19 pandemic.
02:05 This global crisis has accelerated the digitalization of front-end business processes.
02:12 Such as digital marketing and e-commerce.
02:15 Reshaping consumer spending behavior amidst movement restrictions.
02:20 Yet it's disheartening to note that the overall embrace of digital technology.
02:25 Especially among Malaysian businesses in the healthcare sector primarily remains less than favorable.
02:33 We have much more to do.
02:35 Of course we understand that many MSMEs, including community pharmacies and private clinics.
02:42 Face significant challenges when it comes to digitalizing their businesses.
02:46 With one of the major stumbling blocks being the cost factor.
02:51 Recognizing the importance of supporting MSMEs in their digital transformation journey.
02:56 The government took the proactive step to address the situation.
03:01 By announcing a RM100 million Belanjawan Madani during the budget announcement in 2024.
03:09 Where it was introduced a grant digital PMKS Madani.
03:15 This grant aims to provide much needed financial assistance to eligible businesses.
03:20 Offering a matching grant of 50% or up to RM5,000.
03:25 As part of this initiative MCMC has been designated as one of the grant facilitators.
03:31 And identified digital healthcare as one of the core focus areas for this grant.
03:37 Acknowledging the immense potential for innovation and growth within this sector.
03:42 I urge MSMEs within the healthcare industry to seize this opportunity.
03:48 And leverage this grant to digitize their businesses.
03:52 The unveiling of the Cellcomdigi digital healthcare solution today.
03:56 Backed by MCMC and the MMA.
03:59 Marks a significant milestone in our collective endeavor to advance Malaysia's digital healthcare ecosystem.
04:05 This development is a testament to our commitment to spur digital adoption among MSMEs in the healthcare sector.
04:12 Ensuring that quality care becomes accessible to every Malaysian.
