00:39 seven people have been killed in anti-illegal drug operations in the city,

00:44 according to the PNP.

00:45 But if you add it up, 28 people have been killed in Davao City

00:49 since January until now, March.

00:52 The PNP chief said, "One death is too many."

00:55 That's why the PNP leadership is investigating this.

00:59 The police who were involved in the operation were relieved and disarmed

01:02 while the PNP's Internal Affairs Service is conducting a follow-up investigation

01:07 if the police operational procedure for the bypass operations was followed.

01:13 The seven police officers were now released from Davao.
