Chair: We should have done more to keep Finley safe

The independent chair of Derby and Derbyshire Safeguarding Children Partnership apologises to the family of Finley Boden after a report concluded the toddler should have been “one of the most protected children” in the area. Steve Atkinson says, “we should and could have done more to keep him safe” and admits “we accept the report in full”. Report by Blairm.
