00:05 for not initiating an investigation into UMNO Youth Chief Dr Amos Salih's Facebook post.

00:12 Saifuddin said he trusted the police expertise and decisions.

00:16 He also said he did not want to enter the police's territory

00:19 because he believed they knew what they were doing.

00:21 However, the minister said the police may file their own report on a case

00:25 and launch a probe thereafter.

00:29 Earlier this week, Senator T Lian Keh questioned why Agmal was not investigated for sedition

00:33 after he posted a photo on Facebook of himself wielding a sword.

00:38 It was captioned, "No matter what, we will not waver from our stance.

00:41 Better to die standing than live kneeling."

00:43 In response, Inspector General of Police Razeruddin Hussein told FMT

00:47 the police had not received any report on Agmal's photo.

00:51 He said the police will only initiate an investigation if a report is lodged

00:55 as per their standard operating procedure.
