01:50They say it's mutual and only due to distance, since Gary stayed living in Indiana and Teresa
01:54in New Jersey.
01:55But former Bachelor Nick Bile, he isn't so sure.
01:59He told People that maybe Gary's not as golden as we hoped he would be.

02:06And a serious update on the Russ shooting saga, the movie's armorer was sentenced this
02:10week after being found guilty of involuntary manslaughter.
02:13Remember cinematographer Helena Hutchins was shot and killed on set in October of 2021.
02:19So now, the 26-year-old in charge of the movie's weapons is getting the max of 18
02:24months in prison.
02:25And this story is not over.
02:27Alec Baldwin's trial is next.
02:28He was the one actually holding the gun when it went off.
02:31He pleaded not guilty to his own involuntary manslaughter charges, but if convicted, he
02:36also faces up to 18 months behind bars.
02:38It'll be interesting to see if this outcome foreshadows what's to come.

02:48Over the estate of OJ Simpson, who died of cancer last week.

02:59So the Goldman family claims that OJ still owed them money when he died.
03:03Then OJ's lawyer flat out said he's going to make sure that they don't get a cent.
03:07Can you give us a little background on this grudge?
03:09Yeah, so in 1995, OJ Simpson was famously acquitted of killing Ron Goldman and Nicole
03:15Brown Simpson.
03:17A couple of years later, however, a judge did award the Goldman family more than $30
03:21million in a wrongful death lawsuit.
03:24But the Goldman's say that OJ only paid them around $130,000 and the remaining payment
03:30has accrued interest.
03:32So today that's more than $100 million.
03:35Wow.
03:36But it seems like OJ's side isn't playing ball even now.
03:39Yeah, so Simpson's longtime lawyer, Malcolm Laverne, was named the executor of OJ's estate.
03:45And he recently told the Las Vegas Review Journal that he hopes the Goldman's get zero.
03:49So he did specifically call them out.
03:51He cited OJ's book, If I Did It, as his reasoning.
03:54The story there is that the Goldman's secured the rights to it and issued a revised version
03:59with additional commentary, even adding to the title to make it look like OJ was admitting
04:03to the crimes.
04:04But now the lawyer is backtracking a bit and he admits that what he said is pretty harsh.
04:10Yeah, it's kind of wild that this isn't over.

06:14How stoked is he about all the outdoor playtime this season?
06:18He is a year round outdoor dog.
06:20I mean, I am very fortunate that I have a decent sized backyard.
06:23So that boy is out there all day long doing his thing, sniffing all the things.
06:29And you know, especially with the weather turning, it's made it a little easier to go
06:33to places like the beach here in Charleston and get into a little more warm weather activities
06:39with the little boy.
06:41But as a human, I'm a little less excited.
06:44These allergies, man.
06:45You know, I'm never really excited about allergies.
06:48It was like last week I walked outside and saw my truck and it was just a black truck
06:54and it was covered in pollen.
06:55So it was like a greenish yellow.
06:57And I was like, oh, okay, we're doing this.
07:00I am constantly in need for relief.
07:02So Zyrtec has been my go to for forever.
07:06And then with this partnership that they have with Wolf Tracks, it was just really cool
07:10because when you track your walks on the app, it logs it.
07:14And then it gives a donation to an incredible charity, Mutual Rescue, which partners people
07:18with dogs.
07:19So for me as a dog lover and having experienced so much joy and getting myself out into the
07:24world with Milo, it's just been kind of like the double whammy of a partnership that I
07:31love.
07:32What will it take for us to get an appearance on Outer Banks for Milo?
07:35You know, as of right now, no, he enjoys the life of being a dog at a trailer.
07:42He's so spoiled.
07:43Like I bring him to work and everybody's known him since he was, you know, this big.
07:47So he gets there and gets all the love and gets treats.
07:50Never say never, I guess would be the best way to put it.
07:54You were in Morocco recently filming season four.
07:57How fun!
07:58Had you been before?
07:59What surprised you the most?
08:00I have not.
08:02I mean, it was such a, such a magical experience and we got there.
08:06And I think truthfully, the most beautiful thing was the generosity.
08:11The people there were so welcoming and so enamored by the experience of seeing kind
08:17of the world of Outer Banks.
08:18And I think for the show and where it's started and where it's gone, if you would have told
08:24me in April 2019, we started the show that we'd be filming in Morocco, I would have never
08:30believed you.
08:31We're on the edge of our seats about when season four is going to drop.
08:35Last we heard was this fall, maybe.
08:37Do you have an update for us?
08:39I actually don't know anything.
08:40What we've learned over the past couple of years is Netflix.
08:43I think we're very fortunate to have a fun and like very whimsical cast, but I think
08:49Netflix is aware that there might be a potential oopsie in play.
08:54So they have withheld all of that information from us.
08:57This season in particular, like the scripts were really great.
09:00And it was a story that I think is at times really reminiscent of the first season.
09:05And I think the audience has really wanted that.
09:07So I'm excited that we kind of are giving a new version, but it's sort of a little flavor
09:16of season one.
09:18Another main character on your social media, your girlfriend.
09:21If you switch lives for a day, how do you think you would fare being a country star?
09:25I would fail so fast.
09:28So fast.
09:29I'm already an anxious person to begin with.
09:31And I like have a little bit of, of like, um, I get social anxiety as well.
09:37And so the fact that she can go out in front of thousands of people and pour her heart
09:41out, you know, night after night after night, and I would never in a million years want
09:46to switch roles with her, but she's so damn good at what she does.
09:48And it's super fun to watch.
09:50And how would Kelsey do starring in a hit TV show?
09:53Oh yeah, she, she's so funny.
09:56I mean, I think the world gets glimpses of it, um, but I would absolutely love to see
10:02her on screen.
10:03What do you love the most about her?
10:05She is just the most genuine human being you will meet.
10:11She has time for everybody, um, which is such an admirable trait.
10:17And she's incredibly present.
10:19Like when you were with that human, you know, you were getting her.
10:24I just don't think, especially with the way that today's society works and how quick everything
10:28moves, that presence is something that is looked at in the ways that it once was.
10:32But to sit down and know that you're with somebody who wants to be with you and to love
10:37on you is, it, it's something that you don't realize is as special as it is till you don't
10:43have it.
