00:19NBI-NCR entered a large house inside an exclusive subdivision in Paranaque

00:25following the complaint of several well-known shoe companies.

00:30What you might think is a big house outside,

00:32but it's actually a storehouse of Sang Caterbang Counterfeit

00:35with branded shoes inside.

00:37Every room is equipped with fake shoes conforming to the standards.

00:43The two rooms have a set-up for live selling

00:47that is a part of the group's modus operandi.

00:49They will conduct an online selling in their area of operation.

00:57They want to make it easy for the consumers

01:04because they will just deliver the items

01:07and they won't have time to examine them.

01:13Second, this is also their strategy

01:16so that the authorities won't have a hard time finding them.

01:21Inside these fake shoes,

01:23there are pegging receipts for the originals

01:26that came from other countries.

01:29This is a huge loss for our government

01:33because they are not paying the legal fees.

01:46In total, the value of the counterfeit shoe apparel is worth more than 6 million pesos.
