00:51 And this is happening in the legal department of the Bureau of Immigration and Deportation.

00:58 And this is happening through the Secretary of State.

01:06 Aside from the Bureau of Immigration, there are also lawyers and travel agencies that are being equipped to legally allow the Chinese to enter the Philippines.

01:33 The DFA has no ability to evaluate our China visas.

01:50 He mentioned VFS Global, which is also being used by other countries to validate the documents that are being submitted by visa applicants
