00:00you start with best versus best in Atlanta. The Atlanta Braves,
00:03the best record in all of MLB 17 and six, they take on the team
00:09with the second best winning percentage in all of Major League
00:12Baseball, the Cleveland Guardians at this moment after a
00:15win yesterday at home bouncing back against Boston, 18 and
00:20seven. So today in the ATL, it's the Braves and the Guardians
00:24Atlanta greater than a $2 favorite best versus best. Why
00:28is Atlanta greater than a $2 favorite against Cleveland?
00:30Everybody's scared to bet against Atlanta and sometimes
00:32rightfully so at this point, particularly the weather
00:34conditions down there in Atlanta, 74 degrees with a wind
00:36blowing in here from right field at 10 miles per hour. But
00:40here's the interesting part. Take a look at Logan Allen, the
00:42left handed pitcher on the mound, struggling this year as
00:44some lefties do against right handed batters. Benny's faced
00:4694 of those, a 271 ISO power number and a 379 weighted on
00:50base percentage. So immediately where your eyes go to the right
00:53handed batters in the lineup tonight here for the Atlanta
00:56Braves. Now let's take a look overall at the lineup itself.
00:59You figuring left handed batters, left handed pitchers,
01:01right handed pitchers, not going to be any difference for the
01:03Atlanta Braves. But there is a market difference. Acuna, Albies
01:06and Riley typically do damage against everybody. But take a
01:09look against lefties this year. Oh 37 ISO power number for
01:12Acuna, 136 for Ozzie Albies, Austin Riley at 138. That
01:16doesn't match up. There's two guys in the lineup tonight that
01:18I would take a look at for RBI props tonight if you're looking
01:21for that brave section. It's Marcelo Zuna, 38 at bats, he's
01:24faced against left handed pitching. How about this? 226
01:27ISO power number and a weighted on base percentage of 458.
01:29Sensational also with a low K rate below 20% against lefties.
01:33Adam Duvall, 33 bats he's had against left handed pitching
01:36this year, Ben. 259 ISO and a 378 weighted on base percentage.
01:40If you don't want to take a look at that high price there, that
01:42high total, those two guys there plus money, Ozuna and Duvall
01:45here to get an RBI apiece. I think that makes some sense in
01:48this matchup.
