00:30 We have been talking about rights for a long time.
00:34 We have talked about the rights of different people.
00:38 It is a very important topic that people's rights should be given.
00:41 Because if someone's rights are not given, it is oppression.
00:44 And oppression is such a thing that until that person forgives,
00:49 Allah does not forgive.
00:51 And on the Day of Judgment, in the blessed hadith,
00:54 it is very clearly stated that people will demand their rights.
00:57 Those who do not give anyone's rights,
01:00 it is a sign of great danger.
01:03 Because it is a practical denial of the Day of Judgment.
01:08 That I know that this is going to happen on the Day of Judgment.
01:11 How can I not give people's rights?
01:14 How is this possible?
01:16 But if I ignore it and keep on killing people's rights,
01:20 then it is a practical denial of the Day of Judgment.
01:23 Because, as I said, when a person knows the consequences,
01:30 then he does not do that thing.
01:33 We talked last time about the rights of employees.
01:37 If I have a company, then I should give the rights of my employees.
01:42 I should make sure that the contract is very clear.
01:45 I should make sure that wages are given on time.
01:48 I should make sure that there is no overburden.
01:51 Similarly, there are rights of employers.
01:56 There are rights for those for whom you are working.
01:59 We should work according to the contract.
02:06 It should not be that we are checking our private emails all day long.
02:11 I have a contract that I have to work for the company for a certain period of time.
02:21 It should not be that I am killing the rights of my employers.
02:26 It should not be that way.
02:28 Employment is of different types.
02:31 One is time-based employment.
02:33 Another is project-based employment.
02:36 For example, there is a security guard.
02:39 He is on duty at the door.
02:44 He has to fulfill his duty.
02:47 It is not possible that he stays there for an hour or two.
02:51 There is also project-based employment.
02:55 You have given me a project.
02:58 I have to complete it.
03:00 I have to complete it.
03:02 I have to complete it.
03:04 Sometimes, there is project-based employment.
03:09 You have to complete a project in 10 days.
03:11 The time is not that important.
03:15 You have to complete it in 8 to 5 days.
03:17 But you have to complete the task in 10 days.
03:20 Sometimes, there is flexibility.
03:23 You can work for an hour here and an hour there.
03:26 Whatever the contract is with our employers, we should make sure that we do not kill the rights of our employers.
03:34 We should respect them.
03:38 Sometimes, within a company, a company becomes a politics.
03:43 Some employees stand against their employers.
03:48 This is not appropriate.
03:50 If you like the work, you do it.
03:53 If you do not like the work, you resign.
03:56 According to the contract, there is a time period.
04:02 You have to tell them a month in advance or three months in advance that you are leaving the company.
04:07 As per the contract, you have to fulfill the contractual obligations.
04:12 These are the rights of the employers.
04:16 Sometimes, we are asking for our rights as an employee.
04:23 I am not getting my salary on time.
04:26 I am being oppressed. I am overburdened.
04:30 But we should remember that we should not ask for our rights but not give the rights of others.
04:40 We have talked about this in one of the previous episodes.
04:44 The Quran has a concept of 'Tatfeef'.
04:51 Allah Almighty said, "Woe to the 'Tatfeef' people"
05:00 It is a destruction for those who do 'Tatfeef'.
05:06 "Those who ask for their rights, they ask for their rights in full."
05:24 For example, I go to a shop and I want to buy sugar.
05:29 I have a scale and I want to buy 1 kg of sugar.
05:36 For example, 1 kg is equal to 1000 grams.
05:39 999.9 grams is equal to 0.1 grams.
05:43 I will say, "You have not weighed it in full."
05:46 I am asking for my rights in full.
05:48 I want to weigh it in full.
05:50 But when I weigh it myself, Allah Almighty says, I will reduce it.
06:00 I will try to reduce it.
06:03 This happens in many situations.
06:06 I want to buy a car. I will look at every part of the car to see if it is good or not.
06:13 But I am selling my car to someone and I will reduce it.
06:17 This is called 'Tatfeef'.
06:19 This 'Tatfeef' is in the physical aspect, like in weighing, measuring, but it is also in relationships.
06:30 There are many examples of this.
06:33 We have talked about this before.
06:36 For example, I have a son.
06:40 I want my son to do business with me.
06:51 Those who have businesses, they want their son to do business with them.
06:56 But my son-in-law, my daughter's husband, wants to do business with his father.
07:05 But I say, "Why is he doing business with him? He should do business with me."
07:09 If I, as a father, want my son to do business with me,
07:14 and his father wants his son to do business with him, then we should do an equal deal.
07:21 Similarly, I have a daughter.
07:25 We live in a joint family system.
07:28 The family is very big and she is facing difficulties.
07:33 I want my daughter's husband and son-in-law to live in a separate house.
07:39 So that my daughter can be saved from the complications of the joint family system.
07:45 It is a natural desire.
07:47 But if my son comes to me and says,
07:51 "I want my wife and I to live in a separate house."
07:55 Then there is a storm in the house.
07:57 I want my daughter to live in a separate house.
08:00 But if my son is demanding for his wife, then I create a storm.
08:06 This is a natural desire.
08:08 There are many such examples.
08:10 I want a lot for my daughter, but I don't want a lot for my daughter-in-law.
08:15 A mother wants a lot for her daughter, but her mother-in-law doesn't want a lot for her daughter-in-law.
08:21 She is also a daughter.
08:23 She is anyone's daughter.
08:25 She is also the daughter of my mother-in-law.
08:27 She is the wife of my son.
08:29 These are double standards.
08:31 This is 'Tatfeef'.
08:33 "Wailun lil mutaffifeen"
08:35 "Tabahi hain, barbadi hain, tatfeef karne walon ke liye"
08:38 The Quran says, Allah says,
08:40 "Alladheena yadiktaaloo 'alain naasi yastawfoon, wada kaaloohum awwazanoohum yukhsiroon"
08:47 When they ask for something from people, they ask for it in full.
08:51 When they give, they lose.
08:53 "Ala yudunnoo 'ulaika annahum mab'uzoon"
08:57 Do they not have any idea that they will be resurrected?
09:02 "Liya'oomin 'azim"
09:04 On a day that is a very big day, the Day of Judgment.
09:06 "Yauma yaqoomun naasu li Rabbil 'aalameen"
09:09 The day when people will be standing before the Lord of the worlds.
09:13 Don't people have any awareness?
09:16 The Quran says, don't people have any awareness?
09:18 Don't people remember?
09:20 The Day of Judgment is coming.
09:22 How do they do this 'Tatfeef'?
09:24 This is a devastation for them.
09:27 Because in reality, they are asking for people's rights.
09:30 One, they are asking for rights, but they are not giving their rights.
09:35 Right?
09:37 And when they are not giving their rights, they are committing atrocities.
09:40 This atrocity is one thing, and the second thing is this whole attitude.
09:44 That people should demand everything and not give everything to people.
09:48 This attitude on top of that, is another disaster.
09:52 Right?
09:54 So, for them, Allah is reminding them of the Day of Judgment.
09:57 That the Day of Judgment is coming.
09:59 It is a very big day.
10:01 It is a very difficult day.
10:03 That day, everyone will be just.
10:05 Those who don't get their rights, will get their rights.
10:08 How much oppression is there in our society.
10:12 In the world, in general speaking.
10:15 How much oppression is there.
10:18 And one of the big reasons for that is that we don't remember the Day of Judgment.
10:24 We are forgotten.
10:26 We get so lost in the world's benefits.
10:29 That we completely ignore the life after death.
10:34 We completely forget it.
10:36 So, please, I am speaking in this context as well.
10:41 I am speaking in the context of other rights as well.
10:44 If we as an employee are demanding that my salary be paid, then I should also do my work.
10:50 Right?
10:52 If I am demanding that my contract with my employer,
10:58 that contractual obligation should be fulfilled.
11:01 Whatever conditions are there in the contract, should be fulfilled.
11:06 Then I should also do my work.
11:08 So many incidents can be seen.
11:11 Unfortunately, the employer is very good.
11:17 He takes good care of his employees.
11:21 Right?
11:22 But the employees don't take care of the employer.
11:26 Many times, I have seen a strange mindset of people.
11:32 I don't know what the mindset is.
11:34 I mean, what should I call it?
11:36 But they say that this is a big company.
11:42 They run a lot of companies.
11:46 So, obviously, they have wealth, status, financial status, social status.
11:51 So, they are the most trusted people in the world.
11:54 And we are employees.
11:56 We are small people.
11:58 So, it is our right to do whatever we want with them.
12:01 I have seen this sort of mindset of people.
12:05 So, we as an employee,
12:08 if we don't fulfill our contractual obligations,
12:12 and we demand from them,
12:14 I am saying this again and again,
12:16 that this is a denial.
12:17 And I have also seen this,
12:18 that the employees together,
12:19 as I said a while ago,
12:21 that the employees together form a sort of a group,
12:25 form a sort of sub-group.
12:28 And together, they do some sort of work against the employer.
12:35 Sometimes, it also happens that
12:37 together with other companies,
12:40 they harm their own company.
12:43 The internal information, the confidential information,
12:47 that is of the company,
12:49 they pass on,
12:51 share the data,
12:53 and a lot of things happen.
12:54 This is all disloyalty.
12:56 This is all disloyalty with the employer.
13:02 Please, take care of this.
13:04 Let us not do anything
13:06 that on the Day of Judgment,
13:08 we get caught.
13:09 Right?
13:10 And remember,
13:12 "Kullukum ra'in wa kullukum mas'oolun an ra'iyatihi"
13:17 The Prophet (PBUH) said,
13:19 "Every one of you is responsible,
13:22 and every one of you will be asked about your responsibilities."
13:26 And then, the Prophet (PBUH)
13:28 gave some examples after that,
13:32 that how people have responsibilities.
13:35 A man is responsible for his family.
13:39 He will be asked,
13:40 "Did you take care of your wife and children or not?"
13:42 A woman will be asked,
13:44 "Did you take care of your husband's house and his children or not?"
13:48 And an employee will also be asked,
13:51 "Did you fulfill your contractual obligations with the employer?"
13:59 Like the examples in this hadith,
14:01 the concept of slaves,
14:03 the Prophet (PBUH) asked,
14:05 "Did you fulfill your rights with your master or not?"
14:11 Similarly,
14:13 the employee will be asked,
14:15 "Did you fulfill your rights with your employer or not?"
14:17 So please,
14:19 we are living in this world with the belief of the hereafter.
14:23 Right?
14:24 We all have to go to Allah.
14:26 One day, the Angel of Death will come
14:28 and take us all to Allah.
14:31 And after that,
14:32 the actions we have in this world will end.
14:34 And whatever we have done in this world,
14:36 on the basis of that,
14:38 we have to answer on the Day of Judgment.
14:40 Right?
14:41 This is the test. This is life.
14:42 That's all what life is about.
14:44 This is the test of this world.
14:46 And we are passing through a test.
14:48 The world will end.
14:49 The rich will go, the poor will go,
14:51 the CEOs of companies will go,
14:53 and the T-Boys and the clerks will go.
14:57 Right?
14:58 The minister will go, the fakir will go,
15:00 everyone will go to Allah.
15:01 And the responsibility Allah has given to him in this world,
15:05 on the basis of that,
15:06 he will be asked,
15:07 "Did you fulfill your responsibilities or not?"
15:09 This is the test.
15:11 This is life.
15:12 I wish that all of us,
15:13 you, me, and you,
15:14 all of us,
15:15 would understand this.
15:16 InshaAllah,
15:17 we will take a short break.
15:19 And after that,
15:20 we will be present with your questions.
15:22 You can keep sending your questions by email.
15:25 at Deen-e-Fitrat@arydigital.tv
15:29 Please,
15:30 InshaAllah,
15:31 as we receive the questions,
15:32 we will keep answering them.
15:34 We will take a short break.
15:36 InshaAllah,
15:37 we will be back after that.
15:38 Assalamu Alaikum Warahmatullahi Wabarakatuhu.
15:40 Welcome back.
15:41 After the break,
15:42 we are here with your questions.
15:44 Some people have asked questions online.
15:47 One person has asked,
15:49 "I have many problems in my life.
15:51 How can I keep my problems in front of God?
15:55 How can I share them?
15:56 And how can I seek the solution to my problems from God?"
15:59 This is a very good question.
16:04 Because,
16:06 we may not know the way to pray.
16:10 First of all,
16:14 we pray.
16:15 We do not read the prayers.
16:17 Some people ask,
16:19 "I should read this prayer,
16:20 I should read that prayer,
16:22 I should read the prayers from these books,
16:24 I am doing Tawaf,
16:25 so I read the prayers."
16:27 We never read the prayers.
16:29 We pray.
16:31 Praying means calling.
16:34 Right?
16:36 Allah Almighty said,
16:38 "Your Lord said,
16:40 'Call upon Me,
16:42 ask Me for prayer,
16:44 and I will answer your prayer.'"
16:49 This is Allah Almighty's verdict.
16:52 This is what will happen.
16:54 We should believe that prayer is answered.
16:57 But,
16:58 if we pray with etiquette.
17:01 I will tell you a few things.
17:04 Because, this is a topic.
17:06 And, because our segment is relatively short,
17:10 I will not go into details.
17:12 But,
17:14 the first thing is that
17:16 our income,
17:19 our livelihood should be lawful.
17:21 It should not be that we are earning illicitly.
17:24 The Prophet (PBUH) said,
17:26 "There are some people who call upon their Lord,
17:29 'O Lord, O Lord, O Lord,'
17:31 but their food is forbidden,
17:36 their drinking is forbidden,
17:38 their income is forbidden.
17:40 So, how will their prayer be answered?"
17:43 So, first, the income should be lawful.
17:46 Secondly,
17:48 the etiquette of prayer is that
17:50 we should say the praise of Allah Almighty,
17:52 we should recite the Durood and Salam of the Prophet (PBUH)
17:56 and then,
17:57 we should ask for our things, as I said.
18:00 Like, you talk to someone,
18:03 you should ask for your prayers in this way.
18:06 You should talk to Allah Almighty.
18:08 Right?
18:10 There is no formality.
18:12 The closest relationship we have with everyone,
18:16 is with our Lord.
18:18 We are His servants.
18:19 Allah has sent us to this world.
18:21 We will return to Allah.
18:23 Whatever we have in this world,
18:25 is of our Lord.
18:26 It is given by our Lord.
18:27 Allah has given us respect.
18:29 Allah has given us protection.
18:31 Allah has given us humiliation.
18:33 Allah has given us sustenance.
18:35 Everything is from Allah.
18:37 Our breath is also running because of Allah.
18:40 Our heart is beating because of Allah.
18:42 Our sight is also because of Allah.
18:44 Our thoughts are also because of Allah.
18:47 Our hearing is also because of Allah.
18:49 My home, my family, my children,
18:52 everything is from Allah.
18:54 Those who have children,
18:55 are also from Allah.
18:56 Those who don't have children,
18:57 are also from Allah.
18:59 Those who are in risk,
19:00 are also from Allah.
19:01 Those who are in risk,
19:02 are also from Allah.
19:03 So, the closest relationship we have with everyone,
19:05 is with our Lord.
19:06 The rest of the relationships are very temporary.
19:09 Right?
19:10 They are very temporary.
19:13 Parents,
19:15 a person gives birth to a mother.
19:17 But, as long as the mother is there,
19:19 I have a relationship with her.
19:21 If the mother passes away,
19:23 or if I pass away first,
19:24 from my mother,
19:25 then that relationship is over.
19:28 But,
19:30 before birth,
19:32 the person was from Allah.
19:34 In this world,
19:35 the person is from Allah.
19:37 And, after death,
19:38 we have to go back to Allah.
19:40 So, this is an eternal relationship.
19:43 This relationship,
19:44 in my opinion,
19:45 should not be made formal.
19:46 It is a very informal relationship.
19:49 You see in the Quran,
19:51 Sayyidina Zakariya (AS)
19:55 prayed for a long time,
19:57 for his children,
19:58 but he did not have any.
20:00 When he saw the fruit of the season
20:04 near Sayyidina Maryam (AS),
20:06 he prayed from his heart,
20:08 that I have become old,
20:10 but,
20:12 in the sight of Allah,
20:14 it can be late or not.
20:16 So, why should I not pray for my children
20:18 even at this old age?
20:20 So, the way he prayed,
20:23 "O Allah, my bones have become straight."
20:27 You see, he is talking.
20:28 "O Allah, my bones have become straight.
20:30 My white hair has spread in my head.
20:35 But, I have never been disappointed
20:37 in asking for prayers from you.
20:39 O Allah, I want that you give me
20:41 the heir of my knowledge.
20:43 The knowledge of prophethood
20:46 that you have given me,
20:47 give me a son or a daughter
20:50 who will become its heir
20:52 and pass this knowledge on to the people."
20:54 He is talking to Allah.
20:56 Similarly, you see the prayers of
20:58 the Prophet (PBUH)
21:00 which are the prayers of Allah.
21:02 How did he talk?
21:03 In the incident of Taif,
21:06 when the Prophet (PBUH)
21:09 was in a state of extreme grief,
21:12 he was in a state of exhaustion.
21:13 How did he call Allah?
21:16 "O Allah, I place my weakness
21:21 before You
21:26 and I have no means left.
21:29 And people have put me in this state,
21:32 in such a weak state."
21:34 He is talking to Allah.
21:36 So, talk to Allah with respect.
21:47 But, there is another thing
21:49 that we want Allah to accept our prayers.
21:53 So, we should also accept Allah's prayers.
21:56 Allah has said in Surah Al-Baqarah
21:59 that Allah is the Lord of the worlds.
22:02 Allah has said in Surah Al-Baqarah
22:06 "And if any of My servants ask you about Me,
22:09 I am near to him, and he will answer his supplication."
22:13 When My servants ask about Me,
22:17 I am very near to them.
22:19 I accept the prayers of those who ask for prayers.
22:23 But, Allah has said that people should also
22:25 have faith in Me and listen to Me.
22:28 So, we should also listen to Allah.
22:31 What is this that we want Allah to accept our prayers
22:34 but we do not listen to Him?
22:36 Most of us are choosing this.
22:39 Most of us are living our lives as we wish.
22:43 Those who want to follow religion,
22:46 follow it.
22:47 Those who want to follow religion,
22:48 do not follow it.
22:50 This whole series of Deen-e-Fitrah
22:53 is based on the concept that
22:56 Allah has created us in the same way
22:59 and has given us religion in the same way.
23:01 And religion is the name of following
23:04 the principles in everything.
23:06 We are talking about rights.
23:09 So, how should people's rights be given?
23:11 The rights of their parents, children, husband, wife,
23:15 other people, employers, employees,
23:19 people around them.
23:21 Right?
23:22 How should they work?
23:24 How should they wake up in the morning?
23:26 How should they sleep?
23:27 How should they spend time at home?
23:29 How should they talk to their wife?
23:32 How should they deal with their children?
23:34 How should they be brought up?
23:35 How should they be sent to school?
23:37 Right?
23:38 What should be eaten?
23:39 What should not be eaten?
23:40 All of these are Deen.
23:42 From birth to death, whatever we have to do
23:45 and from morning to night, whatever we have to do,
23:47 all of these are Deen.
23:49 So, learn all of these and try to bring them
23:52 completely into your life.
23:54 ادخلوا فى السلم كافا
23:56 Allah is saying that
23:57 enter Islam completely.
24:07 O believers,
24:08 This is an address to the believers.
24:10 Adopt righteousness as it is the right to adopt righteousness
24:13 and you should not die except in the condition
24:16 that you are a complete Muslim.
24:18 Enter into Islam completely.
24:21 Follow it completely.
24:22 So, when we try to believe in Allah,
24:25 we are all weak.
24:27 Sometimes we fall here, sometimes we fall there.
24:29 If we fall, we should stand up,
24:31 repent, do Istighfar and then move on.
24:33 And as I said,
24:35 earn Halal,
24:37 ask with Adab,
24:40 say Hamd,
24:42 read Durood Sharif of Allah
24:45 and then talk to Allah.
24:48 Keep the words of your heart in front of Allah.
24:50 Follow Allah completely.
24:53 InshAllah, Allah will definitely give.
24:56 It is possible that by some wisdom,
24:58 we may be a little late.
25:00 It is not necessary.
25:01 It is possible that we may get what we are asking for immediately.
25:04 It is possible that we may be late.
25:05 It is possible that we may get an alternate
25:07 because what we were asking for was not good for us.
25:09 We may get an alternate.
25:11 Right?
25:12 It is possible that we may not get it at all
25:14 because it is not good for us at all.
25:15 Alternate is also not good.
25:17 But still, the prayer is not made.
25:19 On the Day of Judgment,
25:21 InshAllah, it will be rewarded so much
25:23 that a person will be happy that
25:27 SubhanAllah, the prayers that I had asked for,
25:29 I am getting the reward of all of them today.
25:31 So, InshAllah, create that relationship with Allah.
25:34 All of us should create a relationship
25:36 and make sure to pray.
25:38 It is the necessity of all of us.
25:41 What we have is also of Allah.
25:43 If we have everything,
25:45 still, we should pray for wellness.
25:47 We should keep on praying for wellness.
25:49 Allah is angry with the person who does not pray.
25:52 Allah, make me among those who pray.
25:55 Make us among those who pray.
25:57 InshAllah, Allah will keep on answering your questions.
26:00 Keep on asking questions.

26:05 InshAllah, Allah will meet you again next week.
26:07 Remember us in your prayers.
