02:10 We meet again in My Qur'an Time, the Qur'an Salat Imfaq.
02:12 Today, we would like to continue our study from the seventh surah,
02:17 Surah Al-A'raf, which means the highest place.
02:21 One surah is the group of Makkiyah, which is in parallel with Surah Al-An'am.
02:26 Before that, we will continue with Surahs 8 and 9, Al-Anfal and Surah At-Tawbah.
02:32 And Surah 6, 7, 8, and 9 are synopses of the history of the struggle of the Prophet's Dawah.
02:38 And today, we will read the beginning together with Al-Fadhil Ustaz Tirmidhi Abdurrahman.
02:43 Alhamdulillah, Fadhil Ustaz.
02:45 Alhamdulillah, Fadhil Ustaz.
02:47 This is a new surah, right?
02:48 Yes, it is a new surah.
02:49 MashaAllah, we have reached Al-A'raf.
02:51 Allah Akbar.
02:53 After Al-An'am, we enter Al-A'raf.
02:56 So, there are 6, 7, 8, and 9.
02:59 This surah is actually Surah Al-An'am and Al-A'raf, which is the story of the Prophet's Dawah in Mecca.
03:04 And then, when we reach Al-Anfal, the victory of the Prophet in Medina.
03:09 And Surah At-Tawbah, the opening of Mecca.
03:12 So, the struggle of the Prophet's Dawah is concluded with the verse or Surah 6, 7, 8, and 9.
03:18 May Allah grant us knowledge, the one who is full of wisdom, with our prayer.
03:22 Subhanakallah, ilmalana illa ma'allamtana innaka antala 'alimul hakim rabbi zidni 'ilma

03:46 Followed by the third verse, the obligation to follow the divine revelation and the prohibition to follow the misguidance.
03:52 And in the fourth verse, the learning from the stories of the previous people as a warning, as a warning, the beginning of Surah Al-A'raf.

25:35 There's a false hadith, it's called Hadith Maudud.
25:39 There's a hadith, La Yon'rafu,
25:41 a hadith that is not known.
25:43 It's not true.
25:45 There's a scholar, his name is La Aslalahu,
25:49 there's no origin.
25:51 One of the other false hadiths is that there's no origin.
25:55 Yes.
25:57 If we meet a boy,
26:00 we ask him, "Where are you from?"
26:02 "I'm from there."
26:04 "Where's your mother?"
26:05 "I don't have a mother."
26:06 "Father?"
26:07 "I don't have a father either."
26:08 "Are you from there?"
26:09 "No, I was born there."
26:10 "I was born in this world."
26:12 So, this child must have a father.
26:16 A mother gave birth to him.
26:18 If he says he was born there,
26:20 no one can accept it.
26:22 No.
26:24 That's the false hadith.
26:25 He was born there,
26:26 there's no sign.
26:28 There's no history.
26:30 There's no path to history.
26:32 He was born there,
26:33 he was born there.

28:21 With the busyness in this world,
28:23 sometimes we don't have time
28:25 to give time to the Quran.
28:27 We pray to ourselves,
28:29 to our relatives,
28:31 we are busy too.
28:32 Indeed, Allah knows we need to find
28:34 a source of sustenance and so on.
28:36 But don't let
28:38 "Qual li lam tatakkarun"
28:40 take a little bit of attention,
28:42 try to take attention
28:44 because you are busy.
28:46 Sometimes,
28:48 you have enough sustenance.
28:50 But Allah reminds us in the fourth verse,
28:52 we will read later,
28:54 how the term "when you are comfortable"
28:56 sometimes it makes people
28:58 "Why do I want to learn the Quran?"
29:00 Everything is already there.
29:02 Money is there, the economy is good,
29:04 you can reach "Kuai Dulah"
29:06 that means the person is comfortable.
29:08 Why? We will see in a moment.
29:10 We continue with our reading.
29:12 Thank you, Brother Sa'afaz,
29:14 Mother Aya, Father Hadebondi,
29:16 Allah Subhanahu wa ta'ala.
29:18 As usual, we will go to the part of
29:20 our Tajweed recitation.
29:22 What is the interesting law
29:24 that we will share today?
29:26 Let's see.
29:28 The first, we will see
29:30 the parts that are there.
29:32 I seek refuge with Allah from the accursed Satan.
29:34 Bismillahirrahmanirrahim
29:36 Alif Lam Mim
29:38 Alif Lam Mim Sadd
29:52 Try 1, 2, 3.
29:54 Alif Lam Mim Sadd
30:07 Masha'Allah.
30:09 When he read that, he went up to the Mim.
30:11 Alif Lam
30:15 Read it like this.
30:17 It is not usual anymore.
30:19 Alif Lam Mim Sadd
30:31 Please.
30:33 Alif Lam Mim Sadd
30:44 Masha'Allah.
30:46 What is the name of that law?
30:50 The law is
30:52 Harfi, Muthaqqol or Mukhaffaf?
30:55 Muthaqqol or Mukhaffaf?
30:58 Heavy or light?
31:00 He found that.
31:02 It is a quiz question.
31:04 He found that.
31:06 He found the Mim and Mim.
31:08 Alif Lam Mim
31:10 Meet Mim.
31:12 He found the Dengun there.
31:15 Alif Lam Mim Sadd
31:21 That is the heavy one.
31:23 He has given the answer.
31:25 In this surah, there is also a heavy one.
31:28 We will see the eighth verse.
31:30 Tomorrow.
31:32 Tomorrow.
31:34 So, Allah willing.
31:36 He has the miracle.
31:38 It has started.
31:40 So, be careful.
31:42 It is there.
31:44 Harfi, Muthaqqol
31:46 Sadd
31:48 Don't stop.
31:50 Sadd
31:52 We have to have the D.
31:54 Because it is a call.
31:56 If it is a call,
31:58 Sadd
32:00 Try it.
32:02 Sadd
32:06 MashaAllah.
32:08 So, the Mim and Mim is either a myth line or a Shafawi.
32:12 That is the first one.
32:14 Remember, there are six movements.
32:16 Alif Lam
32:18 Alif Lam
32:22 That is two.
32:24 Dengun is two.
32:26 One more time.
32:28 Alif Lam Mim Sadd
32:40 One, two, three.
32:42 Alif Lam Mim Sadd
32:54 But, the "S" is not heavy.
32:58 It is just Alif Dal.
33:00 Sadd
33:02 The second one.
33:04 Yakun Fi Sadarika Haraja
33:30 Dengun and Mati meet with "Fa"
33:32 Ikhfah.
33:34 With two movements.
33:36 Yakun Fi
33:38 Try it.
33:40 Sadarika
33:44 The "D" is in the middle of the word.
33:50 Try it.
33:52 Sadarika
33:54 Sadarika
33:56 Sadarika
33:58 Stop it.
34:00 Stop it.
34:02 Fi Sadarika Haraja
34:14 Alhamdulillah.
34:16 That is the second one.
34:18 The third one.
34:20 Litun Fi Rabi
34:28 Dengun and Mati meet with "Dal".
34:30 With "Ikhfah".
34:32 Litung Fi Rabi
34:36 Try it.
34:38 Litung Fi Rabi
34:48 Try it.
34:50 Litung Fi Rabi
34:52 Litung Fi Rabi
34:54 Litung Fi Rabi
34:56 Litung Fi Rabi
34:58 Litung Fi Rabi
35:00 Litung Fi Rabi
35:02 Alhamdulillah.
35:04 Let us try to memorize the first verse.
35:06 The first and the second verse.
35:08 Bismillahir Rahmanir Rahim.
35:10 Alif Lam Mim Sad
35:22 Try it.
35:24 Alif Lam Mim Sad
35:34 MashaAllah.
35:36 Kitabun Unzila Ilaika Fala Yakun Fi Sadarika Haraja
35:48 Kitabun Unzila Ilaika Fala Yakun Fi Sadarika Haraja
36:00 Kitabun Unzila Ilaika Fala Yakun Fi Sadarika Haraja
36:12 Try it.

36:28 Kitabun Unzila Ilaika Fala Yakun Fi Sadarika Haraja
36:42 Kitabun Unzila Ilaika Fala Yakun Fi Sadarika Haraja
36:56 Alhamdulillah.
36:58 We have reached that point.
37:00 Let us continue to finish the second verse.
37:04 InshaAllah.
37:06 Repeat it.
37:08 Pay attention to the words.
37:10 Repeat it.
37:12 Our friends can help us.
37:14 We will try to memorize it.
37:16 InshaAllah.
37:18 We will take a break.
37:20 We will be back after this.

40:24 Welcome to My Quran Time, Quran Salat.
40:26 We will start from Surah Al-A'raf, verse 1 to verse 4.
40:30 Our start.
40:32 We pray to Allah SWT to give us the ability to read
40:36 and understand what is contained in the 7th surah today.
40:42 At the end of this surah, or the third verse, Allah SWT says,
40:46 "Qali Lam Ma Tadhakkarun"
40:48 "A little of what you have learned."
40:50 That is the translation.
40:52 But if we read it with full of feelings,
40:54 we feel like we are being pampered by Allah.
40:56 Even at the beginning,
40:58 just starting with Al-Quran, Surah Al-A'raf,
41:00 "A little of what you have learned."
41:02 So this is our response to Allah.
41:06 "O Allah, I hope that after this,
41:08 I will no longer be a person who takes a little of the lessons."
41:12 When Allah uses "Ma Tadhakkarun",
41:14 not saying "Ya Tadhakkarun",
41:16 they take the lessons, but "Ta"
41:18 "Ta" means "You".
41:20 Meaning, "You have taken a little of the lessons."
41:22 "What have you been doing all this time?"
41:24 If Allah asks like that,
41:26 our friends and teachers ask,
41:28 "You are from.."
41:30 There is a teacher, he went to perform Umrah.
41:32 He went to Mecca.
41:34 Then he was visited by an aunt from Indonesia.
41:38 I may have told this story before.
41:40 He said, "My son can read Quran."
41:42 He was not very good at reading Quran.
41:44 He said, "Not very good."
41:46 His mother called him.
41:48 Then the aunt, the mother from Indonesia,
41:50 asked, "Do you understand Quran?"
41:52 He said, "Oh, I don't understand.
41:54 Because I am Malaysian."
41:56 "So, what have you been doing all this time?"
41:58 She said.
42:00 When she was asked like that,
42:02 she told me.
42:04 To show that,
42:06 "Khalilama Tadhakkarun"
42:08 "You have taken a little of the lessons."
42:10 "What have you been doing all this time?"
42:12 Allah brings another reminder.
42:14 The Surah Al-A'raf starts with a
42:16 a real hint.
42:18 When we take a stand,
42:20 we cannot just
42:22 relax.
42:24 Because when we reach the hereafter,
42:26 at that time,
42:28 we want to have a stand
42:30 for the whole day.
42:32 So, a reminder from Allah
42:34 that is firm.
42:36 We read the fourth verse with Al-Fatihah.
42:38 Thank you, Al-Fatihah.
42:40 Ladies and gentlemen,
42:42 we want to read the next verse.
42:44 That is the fourth verse.
42:46 In this fourth verse,
42:48 there are two verses.
42:50 The first one is
42:52 "Faja'aha"
42:54 "Faja'aha"
42:56 and also "Qo'ilun"
42:58 What is the difference between
43:00 these two verses?
43:02 You can share your answer in the comment section.
43:04 Let's read the fourth verse
43:06 using Taranum Sikah.
43:08 I seek refuge with Allah from the accursed Satan.
43:10 Al-Fatihah.
43:12 [Quran Recitation]
43:14 [Quran Recitation]
43:16 [Quran Recitation]
43:18 [Quran Recitation]
43:20 [Quran Recitation]
43:42 [Quran Recitation]
43:44 I seek refuge with Allah from the accursed Satan.
43:50 How many countries
43:52 have we destroyed?
43:54 Our torment comes upon their people
43:56 at night or when they rest
43:58 in the afternoon.
44:00 Allah starts with the word "Waqam"
44:02 and "how many".
44:04 Usually, when we go to Makkah, Madinah,
44:06 we don't know how much it costs.
44:08 But here,
44:10 "How many" from the people of the country
44:12 before this,
44:14 "We have destroyed them"
44:16 [Quran Recitation]
44:18 [Quran Recitation]
44:20 Allah destroyed
44:22 the people of the country
44:24 and their torment comes upon them
44:26 at night.
44:28 "Bayata" means resting
44:30 sleeping at night.
44:32 "A'hum Qo'ilun"
44:34 or they are resting at noon.
44:36 "Qo'ilun"
44:38 means if we can "Qo'idullah"
44:40 usually we sleep before
44:42 or after
44:44 the suhoor.
44:46 We can sleep for a while.
44:48 So, in this fourth verse,
44:50 Allah states this as
44:52 a reminder,
44:54 a big warning.
44:56 It is more or less like this.
44:58 Come to the class "My Quran Time".
45:00 The first day you come,
45:02 the teacher says, "Do you know,
45:04 how many students before this
45:06 failed in this class?"
45:08 The teacher said that in the beginning.
45:10 We are just starting,
45:12 the teacher said that,
45:14 "What does that mean?"
45:16 The teacher is giving love.
45:18 Yes, love, but a warning
45:20 in the form of love,
45:22 "Actually, you better watch out."
45:24 "Please pay attention,
45:26 keep discipline,
45:28 look carefully, take the stand
45:30 to come to this class. Don't play around."
45:32 Allah starts the verse
45:34 "Surah Al-A'raf" with the words,
45:36 "How many people before this,
45:38 a country that has been destroyed,
45:40 while they were sleeping at night."
45:42 They were sleeping, resting,
45:44 like the people of Lut.
45:46 They were resting, they felt like,
45:48 "Everything is okay, we do whatever,
45:50 Allah does not disturb."
45:52 It turned out that they were destroyed
45:54 at night. Or the people of Prophet Shu'aib,
45:56 they can "Qo'idullah".
45:58 What does "Qo'idullah" mean?
46:00 If we can sleep until noon,
46:02 then we are in peace.
46:04 We have enough money,
46:06 we can work, so we can sleep until noon.
46:08 People who are busy looking for money,
46:10 having problems,
46:12 they can sleep for a while,
46:14 and then continue.
46:16 So when there is the word "Qo'ilun",
46:18 it means that they can sleep for a while,
46:20 and they are in peace.
46:22 It turns out that Allah destroyed them
46:24 because the people of Prophet Shu'aib
46:26 were deceiving.
46:28 They were doing business,
46:30 and then they were sleeping.
46:32 Sleeping while committing a sin
46:34 is actually not
46:36 a part of Allah's will.
46:38 Allah only gives an opportunity.
46:40 And Allah destroyed them
46:42 as a warning
46:44 to all of us.
46:46 In Surah Al-A'raf,
46:48 to take a stand,
46:50 please pay attention
46:52 to those who have been destroyed.
46:54 Do not let yourself
46:56 be destroyed
46:58 by those who have been destroyed
47:00 because when they are involved in a crime
47:02 or a sin, etc.,
47:04 we should relax.
47:06 Sleep at night, sleep in the afternoon.
47:08 Sleep a lot.
47:10 It turns out that
47:12 it is a sign that we are not
47:14 paying attention to the tasks
47:16 that need to be carried out.
47:18 And this is the beginning of Surah Al-A'raf
47:20 that leads to our resolution
47:22 today.
47:24 First,
47:26 we should read Al-Quran to
47:28 cleanse and purify
47:30 our souls and
47:32 remind us of what we need to do.
47:34 Be careful.
47:36 Zikr is the term used in
47:38 Surah Al-A'raf 2, verse 1.
47:40 Second, be wise and do good
47:42 and be moderate in life.
47:44 As in the third verse,
47:46 we should follow
47:48 Allah's revelation
47:50 and not follow anything
47:52 other than Allah's revelation.
47:54 Third, do not live in a
47:56 comfortable life without
47:58 learning from Al-Quran.
48:00 Do not feel safe
48:02 when we need to
48:04 correct and take
48:06 Zikr from Al-Quran.
48:08 It seems like we cannot sit still.
48:10 We can say, "Khawailullah" but
48:12 it is not "Tuwailah".
48:14 We sleep in the afternoon
48:16 and in the evening.
48:18 It turns out that Allah can punish
48:20 people first and
48:22 we are punished
48:24 for not doing our duty.
48:26 We will pay attention to this example
48:28 in the next verses of
48:30 Surah Al-A'raf.
48:32 We pray to Allah to
48:34 continue to give us mercy.
