02:13 The US Marines have a lot of tools for the construction of a health facility

02:18 in a remote area here in Rizal, Palawan.

02:21 But what they are most looking for are the excellent Filipino soldiers

02:25 who, even without the tools they use, can do the construction work here on the construction site.

02:32 Our Filipino counterparts, they are extremely good at what they do

02:36 and they've been teaching us a lot of techniques.

02:38 The way that they do steel work, they do a lot of stuff by hand,

02:42 more quickly and more accurately than we would normally do with power tools.

02:46 One of the major challenges faced by the Americans in the construction industry is the high temperature in the country.
