01:02I call on the regional tripartite wage and productivity boards to initiate a timely review
01:09of the minimum wage rates in their respective regions with due consideration to the impact
01:14of inflation amongst others.
01:16The RTWPB set the minimum wages per region.
01:20In Metro Manila, the minimum wage is Php610 per day but inflation has eroded its real
01:25value.
01:27Economic think tank IBAN Foundation says as of January this year, a family of five in

01:44The Philippine Coast Guard spokesperson for the West Philippine Sea says the China Coast
01:48Guard's use of jet stream pressure from water cannons elevated tensions in the West Philippine
01:53Sea.
01:54Three China Coast Guard vessels aimed their water cannons at two Philippine vessels enroute
01:59to Panatagshol or Bajo de Masinloc in the West Philippine Sea.
02:03PCG spokesperson Commodore J. Tariella says this is the first time the Coast Guard vessel
02:08has been subjected directly to water cannons with that degree of pressure.
02:12Tariella says the water pressure was strong enough to bend the metal railings of the BRP
02:17Bangkao, a ship of the Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources.
02:21The PCG's BRP Bagakay was also damaged.
02:24But Tariella says China's use of high water cannon pressure is still not considered an
02:28armed attack amid questions about what could trigger the Philippines' mutual defense treaty
02:33with the United States.
02:34President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. previously said the treaty could be invoked only when
02:39a Philippine serviceman is killed in such an encounter.

03:05from in a scheme that's similar to multi-level marketing.
03:09Goh denies this but admits the company gives incentives to doctors who prescribe its products.
03:15Incentives include educational assistance both local and foreign, medical equipment,
03:19and overseas trips.
03:21Here the country's generics app, medical, dental, and even veterinary practitioners
03:26are to prescribe a drug's generic name, not specific brands.

03:34required to only use generic names.

03:54witnesses and questioned the impartiality of the jury.
03:57The amount is just short of the $10,000 penalty prosecutors requested.
04:02Justice Swanmerchand says he would consider jailing Trump as the fine may not be enough
04:06to deter Trump from further violating the order.
04:09He also orders Trump to remove the statements from his Truth Social account and his campaign
04:14website by 2.15pm EDT.
04:17Trump is charged with falsifying business records to conceal a $130,000 payment to porn
