00:02 - Welcome to another episode of the Goldmouth Action Podcast
00:15 where we take a look at all the latest goings on
00:17 at Brighton, Hove Albion and Crawley Town.
00:19 I'm Matt Pulp, and this week I'm joined by Brighton,
00:21 Hove Albion writer, Darren Howard,
00:23 Crawley Town expert, Mark Dunford and Sam Mourne
00:25 who covers both the Seagulls and the Reds.
00:28 Brighton's win this round continues
00:29 as they were beaten 3-0 at Bournemouth on Sunday.
00:32 We'll pick over the bones of Albion's latest defeat
00:34 and bring you some excellent news from Crawley Town.
00:37 You can read all the stories we are talking about
00:39 with videos and pictures online
00:40 at sussexworld.co.uk/sport.
00:43 And you can check out other great videos
00:44 on shotstv.com and Freeview channel 276.
00:48 You may also be watching on latest TV,
00:49 so thank you very much for tuning in.
00:52 As Brighton are in relegation form,
00:53 we have also relegated them to the second half
00:55 of this podcast, and with good reason to,
00:57 as Crawley Town's 2-0 win over Grimsby
00:59 secured their spot in the League Two playoffs
01:01 and sparked euphoric scenes at the Borefield Stadium
01:03 at full time.
01:05 Sum that performance up for us please, Sam Morton.
01:08 - Oh, it was fantastic, Matt.
01:10 It was obviously a do or die game for Crawley Town.
01:13 They had to win, and they had to rely on other results
01:16 going their way elsewhere,
01:17 and it went perfectly for them, really.
01:19 They got the result they needed,
01:21 and they managed to get into the playoffs,
01:23 sparking jubilant celebrations,
01:25 all the fans ran to the pitch,
01:27 and it was a thoroughly professional performance
01:29 in such extreme pressure, really.
01:31 You never would have could have told.
01:33 I think we noticed in previous games
01:35 that maybe the pressure was having an effect on Crawley,
01:38 especially as Sussan ended up really nervous,
01:41 and you didn't really see any of that.
01:43 They got the early goal that we were discussing
01:45 was so vital for Giannino Orsi,
01:47 and Lollos made it 2-0,
01:49 which is exactly what they needed,
01:51 and it was a really routine performance,
01:53 and yeah, a lot more comfortable and routine
01:57 than I expected, really,
01:58 and the fans obviously just absolutely loved the manner
02:03 of the victory, and obviously the news came
02:05 at the end of the game, they were in the playoffs,
02:06 and it was a historic moment,
02:07 and one that will go down in the record books
02:09 and in the memories of all the Crawley Town fans, really.
02:12 So yeah, a really brilliant day for the club,
02:14 and yeah, just fingers crossed they can continue to form
02:18 and into the playoffs.
02:21 - Yes, absolutely.
02:22 The Reds will now meet MK Dons over two legs in the semis.
02:25 The first leg will take place on the 6th of May
02:27 at the Broadfield Stadium,
02:28 with a return leg taking place three days later.
02:31 How do you rate Crawley's chances
02:33 against Milton Keynes, Mark?
02:34 I think we've discussed off-podcast
02:35 that it's quite a nice draw for them,
02:37 considering the geographic location
02:38 of the teams that are left in the playoffs.
02:42 - Oh, absolutely, yeah.
02:43 Geographically, it's perfect for Crawley,
02:44 'cause there's only a couple of hours' trip in it
02:47 there on the first leg for the second leg.
02:51 Although, part of me thinks that this is probably
02:53 who they would have wanted in the playoffs,
02:56 given what's happened this season,
02:57 'cause they beat MK Dons,
02:59 I think they were the first side to inflict a defeat
03:01 on MK Dons in August, when they won 2-1.
03:05 Goal of the season contender,
03:07 Danny from Danilo Orsi, winning the game there.
03:11 And then they lost 2-0 in December.
03:13 It was the end of December the 29th, I think it was.
03:16 It was a night game, right?
03:17 Yeah, horrible fixture.
03:19 But they absolutely dominated that game,
03:21 but they just could not score.
03:22 I think they had 18, 19 efforts on target or something,
03:26 or on shots on goal.
03:28 And they just could not score.
03:29 And I think MK Dons got an early goal and a late goal
03:32 just to sort of condemn them to defeat.
03:35 So I think Crawley feel they've had the better of MK Dons
03:40 this season on the whole.
03:41 Whereas you look at the other two teams in the thing,
03:44 Doncaster and Crewe, and Crawley have lost both times
03:48 to both of those teams.
03:50 So I know it's a playoffs and that,
03:52 but psychologically it always helps if you're playing a side
03:54 that you know you've got won over so far this year.
03:57 So yeah, it's a huge game.
03:59 I think they can win.
04:03 I think Crawley think they can win.
04:04 I think Scotland definitely thinks they can win.
04:07 And I went to the ground yesterday
04:10 while the fans were queuing up to get their tickets.
04:12 There were big, long queues yesterday.
04:13 People were waiting for a couple of hours
04:15 to get their tickets for Monday's game.
04:17 And I chatted to a few fans who,
04:22 you can see the video on sussexworld.co.uk,
04:25 but they all seem very confident.
04:27 They just, I don't think they think this Crawley team
04:30 can fail now.
04:31 It's just, there seems to be this thing,
04:33 right, we're getting to Wembley and we're winning it.
04:35 So it's first time they'll ever get there.
04:38 First time they've ever been in the playoffs.
04:39 And it's, confidence is very high in the Crawley town camp.
04:43 Let's say that.
04:43 So I think they stand every chance.
04:46 But MKDON, they won't be a rollover, obviously.
04:50 But it's that thing of momentum, Crawley,
04:53 just getting in the playoffs in the last game of the season,
04:56 that gives them that little boost.
04:58 MKDON, they've been there the whole time.
05:00 They always knew they were going to be there.
05:02 Is there a little bit of, I don't know, like Ramsgate,
05:05 we saw Ramsgate, they've been, almost won the title.
05:07 They've lost the title and then they lose to Chichester City
05:10 last night, finishing 20 points ahead of them.
05:13 I know it's a completely different level,
05:14 completely different thing,
05:15 but you see it happen all the time.
05:17 Doncaster, I think will be the favorites for the playoffs
05:21 because of that momentum.
05:23 But Crawley will be there.
05:25 They've had that boost again there
05:26 and they're riding high at the moment.
05:28 So yeah, I'm confident.
05:30 - What's the view from the MKDON's camp
05:33 going into the semifinals, Sam?
05:34 How do they view this tie?
05:36 - Well, the manager Mike Williams said
05:38 he's preparing his side for a difficult couple of games
05:41 in a recent quote that came up from a press conference.
05:45 So obviously in the regular season, as Mark said,
05:47 Crawley and Doncaster first defeated the season
05:51 back in August.
05:52 So they probably will harbour memories of that
05:54 and know what to expect when playing against Crawley.
05:57 And they'll probably be looking to make amends for that
06:00 when they return to the Broadfield Stadium.
06:02 But as Mark said, they'll be looking to make a quick return
06:05 to League One after being relegated last season.
06:07 So they're obviously gonna be favorites for the game
06:11 just because of that.
06:12 But I think in the playoffs,
06:13 form completely goes out the window.
06:15 In that sense, it's gonna be who can deal with
06:18 the emotion of it and the pressure that comes with it.
06:20 And obviously, as we've seen from Crawley,
06:21 they haven't performed the best
06:23 when the crowd has been there before,
06:25 obviously when they had the two-pound tickets.
06:28 So just fingers crossed they can perform better
06:32 'cause obviously we are anticipating a sellout crowd.
06:36 The demand has been something we've not seen
06:37 before Crawley tickets before.
06:39 So just hopefully they can deal with that kind of
06:42 added pressure of playing in front of more fans.
06:45 But as Williamson said,
06:47 they're going into a tough semifinal against a team
06:50 who play good football.
06:52 And they're really good
06:53 when they went away from MKDons as well.
06:55 And he actually thought Crawley were the better team
06:57 despite MKDons coming out on top on the day.
06:59 And he actually said that like Kingpin Dons,
07:02 Crawley, when they get it right, are really hard to stop.
07:05 And it will just be who can deal with the pressure on the day
07:08 and who performs the best over the two legs.
07:10 So yeah, definitely a lot of respect between them,
07:12 between the two managers and the two teams, I think.
07:15 - I think, yeah, that's the thing.
07:17 They're two really good at training.
07:18 So it should be a good game, whatever happens.
07:21 And it's just, like Sam says, it's the pressure and that.
07:23 But it'll be interesting if Lindsay gets one over Williamson
07:28 'cause Williamson has been nominated
07:29 for Manager of the Year, obviously,
07:30 and Lindsay did not.
07:31 So.
07:32 - Yes, it does smack of,
07:34 it's silly in hindsight that he wasn't even nominated
07:36 as he considered the miracles that he's worked, isn't it?
07:39 - Yeah, it does, Mark.
07:40 I have this biggest belief.
07:41 - Oh, it really does.
07:42 It's crazy how he has not been nominated
07:44 for Manager of the Year.
07:46 I read a piece earlier on one of the betting sites
07:48 just saying who's been the best manager
07:50 in League Two this year.
07:51 And it was all the top five managers,
07:53 and Lindsay was top.
07:54 And just saying, just with what he's got to work with,
07:57 where they were, he's just done an incredible job.
07:59 Always said it time and time again, that it's been great.
08:02 - Absolutely.
08:04 And I've seen that Gillingham have lost their manager
08:06 as well, Mark.
08:07 Is there any, is the rumor mill kicked into gear again?
08:11 - Well, betting odds have.
08:12 Lindsay's second favorite with a couple of the betting sites
08:15 at the moment.
08:16 But it was funny, I saw a couple of Crawley fans,
08:19 keep your hands off this man,
08:20 and it's showing Lindsay celebrating with Crawley.
08:23 In the Gillingham statement,
08:26 it said that they were looking to make a quick appointment.
08:28 Obviously, Lindsay's not going anywhere
08:30 in the next couple of weeks.
08:31 So, depends how quick.
08:32 I think Gareth Ainsworth was a favorite
08:34 with some of the bookies.
08:36 So, we'll see.
08:37 But yeah, I don't think it's going to be quite like it was
08:40 in November with the rumors going around and all that.
08:43 But if I was Gillingham, I'd want Scott Lindsay.
08:46 - Absolutely.
08:48 And yeah, I say he's also been linked with the Stevenage shop
08:50 or had been linked with the Stevenage shop, hadn't he?
08:51 So, I mean, he's very much a man in demand at the moment.
08:54 Finally, the Reds held their end of season awards on Sunday.
08:57 Mark, you were in attendance, dishing out awards.
09:00 How was the night and who won what?
09:02 - Yeah, it was a really good night.
09:04 I mean, I can't imagine what it would have been like
09:05 if they hadn't have qualified for the playoffs
09:07 the night before, but it was a really good atmosphere.
09:11 There were fans there, there were players there, staff,
09:14 all the players, girlfriends, wives, et cetera.
09:17 So, yeah, it was a really nice atmosphere
09:19 at Lingfield Race Park.
09:21 All I handed out was the biggest award of the night,
09:25 Crawley Observer Player of the Year.
09:26 We gave it to Will Wright.
09:28 He's been a bit of an unsung hero, I think, this year.
09:31 Scored some cracking goals, but yeah,
09:33 he's just been so consistent in his play.
09:35 I think he's played 40, I think he might have played
09:37 44 or 45 of the 46 league games.
09:40 And yeah, it was nice to see a bit of reaction on Twitter
09:44 with that saying what a good choice that is,
09:45 'cause yeah, because Danilo also won two awards.
09:48 He won the Community Champion
09:51 for doing his trademark celebration,
09:54 which is on the horse, I'm gonna do it, riding the horse.
09:57 And he's raising money for charity
10:00 while he does those celebrations,
10:02 and he's done it 21 times this year, which is great.
10:05 Coyle Lollos won the CTSA Young Player of the Season award,
10:08 and I think that's well-deserved.
10:09 He's been a revelation this year, Coyle Lollos.
10:12 He was playing for Oxford City last year.
10:14 Mental.
10:15 Goal of the season went to Lollos
10:17 for his brilliant strike against Harrogate Town.
10:20 Player of the season went to Jay Williams.
10:23 I would have loved to have put up his full acceptance speech,
10:26 but it was not for the young ears.
10:29 I think it was quite interesting.
10:31 We haven't interviewed Jay Williams this year,
10:32 and I found out why on a Sunday night.
10:36 And also he won the Player of the Year,
10:40 which is voted for by the fans,
10:41 and Liam Kelly was the GH Coaches
10:45 away player of the season.
10:47 That was all the people that travel on the official coaches
10:50 for the Crawley Town games away.
10:52 They all pick a man of the match, and they get points.
10:55 They pick their top three in first, second, and third,
10:58 and that's how Liam Kelly won that,
10:59 and I think he only won by like 0.5 points or something.
11:03 It was very close.
11:04 So, yeah, really good night
11:05 and a great way to end the regular season.
11:07 But all the chat was, "Right, let's go to Wembley and win it now."
11:11 Goals from Marcos Sensei,
11:14 Ines Unel, and Justin Kluivert
11:15 condemned Brighton to defeat at Bournemouth on Sunday.
11:19 Sum that performance up for us, Darren,
11:21 if you can find any good bits out with that.
11:24 - Good luck to you. - Grim.
11:25 Yeah, grim performance, terrible result.
11:29 Yeah, it wasn't Albion's best day at the office,
11:31 probably one of their worst displays of the season, I think,
11:33 and it really just highlighted
11:36 how far their levels have dropped, really,
11:38 since the beginning of the season.
11:40 Predicted by me, this result.
11:42 Predicted by me.
11:43 I just like it quite now.
11:45 Absolutely, and all thoroughly deserved winners as well.
11:48 Thank you very much for that, chaps,
11:49 and we're going to take a quick break,
11:50 and when we come back, we're going to talk all things
11:51 Brighton and Hove Albion.
11:54 (upbeat music)
11:56 - I saw that.
12:07 But Bournemouth have been, you know, they look pretty good.
12:09 They've been on a good run of form under their areola,
12:12 and they were just too good for Brighton,
12:15 and it just really highlights how far Brighton have fallen
12:19 since the start of the season,
12:20 and they were third in the table
12:23 when they played Bournemouth in the reverse fixture
12:25 earlier this year,
12:27 and they're just absolutely not even close
12:30 to that level at the moment.
12:32 And, you know, in recent games,
12:35 they've been beaten by Arsenal and Man City comfortably,
12:38 and you sort of think, well, you know, fair enough.
12:40 You know, Brighton aren't at that level,
12:41 but against Bournemouth, you expect them to compete
12:45 and, you know, for the match to be competitive,
12:47 and it just wasn't.
12:48 Brighton, you know, as soon as they went a goal down,
12:51 the confidence just drained completely from the players,
12:54 and, you know, they've got a tough job now
12:57 to pick it back up.
12:58 They really don't want to end the season,
13:00 you know, on a whimper, really,
13:02 and every place in the Premier League
13:04 is worth, you know, around about three million
13:07 in prize money as well.
13:08 So the difference between, you know,
13:11 losing the next four games and perhaps, you know,
13:14 picking up some positive results
13:15 is quite a bit financially.
13:18 So they're going to have to find,
13:20 the players are going to have to find themselves,
13:22 you know, some motivation from somewhere
13:24 to finish the season strongly, really.
13:27 - Well, absolutely.
13:29 Kind of on touching on that note,
13:30 post-match, as Derby said,
13:32 he still had big confidence in his players,
13:33 but Sam, do Albion look like a team
13:35 who have just bereft of confidence at the moment?
13:38 - Yeah, they absolutely do, to be honest, Matt.
13:40 It's, yeah, as Deron said,
13:42 it's difficult to explain why.
13:44 Obviously, the injuries are a big factor,
13:47 but they have dealt with those largely well
13:49 throughout the season,
13:50 but they've just suddenly hit a wall.
13:52 And I don't know if that's because they kind of,
13:55 just maybe just playing so many games
13:56 with the same kind of players
13:57 and had to deal with so many injuries
13:59 and just hit a point where they just can't keep going.
14:01 Maybe, I don't know,
14:02 but they didn't win a single game in April
14:06 and scored one goal.
14:07 And that was that crazy own goal at Burnley.
14:10 So not the greatest goal of the month contender.
14:14 So a bit of a shame in that sense.
14:16 But yeah, they just,
14:18 they haven't won a game since obviously
14:19 that second leg against Roma or Rome.
14:23 So yeah, it's a tough one, right?
14:27 They do look at team bereft of confidence, to be honest.
14:30 And De Serbi said he actually thinks the players
14:33 are lacking motivation,
14:34 which the fans weren't too happy to hear.
14:36 I think someone was saying,
14:37 why should they bother to turn up
14:38 if the players can't find motivation kind of thing?
14:41 So yeah, I don't know kind of what's happened.
14:43 Lots of players are out of form.
14:45 Obviously, Jan-Paul van Gecke has added to the injury list
14:47 and that was obviously a big miss at Bournemouth
14:49 because he's been so crucial this season.
14:51 And he definitely could have made a difference in that game.
14:55 But obviously they've had a really tough run in
14:56 and Bournemouth was looked at as a game
14:59 where if they were going to get another point in the season,
15:01 it would be there.
15:02 And you kind of do worry for them now
15:03 with the games coming up,
15:04 whether they will get another point in the season
15:06 with the form and the confidence they've got.
15:08 - Well, inevitably questions surrounding De Serbi's future
15:12 have begun cropping up after the Bournemouth result.
15:15 BBC pundit Chris Sutton said the Italian wants out
15:17 and had lost motivation.
15:19 While Richard Queeze made quite the bizarre claim
15:22 that Brentwood boss Thomas Frank
15:23 was set to replace the Italian this summer.
15:25 All that aside there,
15:26 and how do you view De Serbi's current situation at the club?
15:30 - It's an interesting one
15:33 and I don't think it's very clear.
15:34 And I think any fans that went to the fans forum
15:37 or watched the fans forum on their YouTube channel yesterday
15:40 probably won't be any clearer either
15:43 because De Serbi was asked directly,
15:45 you know, do you wanna be here?
15:47 And his answer was cryptic to say the least.
15:50 It certainly didn't clear anything up.
15:53 Paul Barber said that he's been bringing him
15:56 croissants and coffee every morning
15:58 in an attempt to keep him happy
16:00 and to keep him to stay at the club.
16:03 I think it may take him a bit more to let,
16:06 but I don't know.
16:08 It's gonna be very interesting to see.
16:11 And from, you know,
16:12 he just shows a crazy world of football.
16:14 Six weeks ago, he was Man United,
16:16 he's linked with Man United, Liverpool,
16:19 Bayern Munich, Barcelona, Serie A clubs.
16:21 And now there's talk about him being sacked, you know,
16:24 and it's just, you know, how it's gonna pan out.
16:27 I'm not sure.
16:28 I think De Serbi wants a few assurances.
16:30 I think this latest run has sort of hit home
16:34 what he's hinted at from the beginning of the season
16:37 that the squad probably wasn't strong enough.
16:40 The Europa League and the injuries
16:42 have just really scuppered them.
16:45 So I think De Serbi wants a few more assurances
16:47 and then we'll see what happens.
16:51 But yeah, it's a question.
16:53 Four more games to go, see how they can finish up
16:55 and then I think they'll reassess everything.
16:56 But I think the Benham, the Thomas Frank ones,
17:00 an interesting call from Richard Keyes,
17:03 where that came from, I don't know.
17:04 And it would be certainly interesting
17:05 with the Tony Blue, Matthew Benham history
17:08 between each other.
17:09 It would be difficult to see that one coming off,
17:12 but he's a great guy.
17:14 - I don't know about you guys,
17:15 but I look by everything Richard Keyes says, so.
17:18 - The Oracle, innit?
17:20 - Yeah, yeah.
17:21 - Very strange.
17:23 - Yeah, that was a weird one, but I don't know.
17:26 Yeah, we'll see what happens with De Serbi.
17:28 - Yeah, I mean, I kind of feel like
17:33 I'm just hammering home all the negativity in this section,
17:35 but this season, I think should have been remembered
17:37 as a campaign where Brighton were in top form
17:40 with some of Europe's biggest clubs.
17:41 But Sam, do you think without being now winless
17:43 in the Premier League in six,
17:44 are those memories in danger of being overshadowed
17:46 by this horrible end of season run?
17:48 - I don't think so.
17:50 I think it's still an historic season
17:52 and those memories of what they did at Ajax,
17:56 for example, and Athens and Marseille even as well,
18:00 coming back from two goals down
18:01 and just getting through that group,
18:04 which was considered to be the group of death
18:05 and getting as far as they did and going to play Roma.
18:09 And obviously it didn't go the way they wanted it to go,
18:12 but they kind of stayed a little bit of face
18:14 in the return leg.
18:15 So I think the journey they went on in Europe
18:18 was so good and so memorable
18:20 and the experiences it gave the fans and everything.
18:22 I don't think you can really overshadow that.
18:24 It's obviously a shame that it's ending this way
18:26 and they haven't managed to secure another season
18:29 in the European League.
18:30 Yeah, you just kind of wonder
18:35 where they're going to go from here.
18:36 I think it's going to really send a strong message
18:38 to the board.
18:39 If they want to keep this derby,
18:41 they're going to have to just put their hands in their pocket
18:44 and strengthen the team.
18:45 But it was going to come a time
18:48 when if you kept letting your best players go,
18:50 it's going to eventually have an impact.
18:51 And it's only so long, bright, ago,
18:54 kind of somehow replacing everyone
18:56 and still performing at the same level
18:58 before it probably did unravel.
19:00 Probably not as quickly as it's happened.
19:05 So I just hope that they can quickly get back on track,
19:07 make some good signings in the summer
19:09 and have a strong season next year.
19:10 I think if they don't get into Europe,
19:12 it might even benefit the team in the Premier League,
19:15 in the Premier League sense,
19:17 and actually play once or twice a week,
19:19 obviously, in the cup and can get back into
19:22 the swing of things.
19:23 And obviously, if the derby's there,
19:25 it's obviously time will tell, I guess.
19:27 - Absolutely.
19:29 But Brighton's search for a Premier League win
19:31 won't get any easier.
19:32 They entertain Champions League chasing Aston Villa
19:34 on Sunday.
19:35 How do you see this one going, Deron?
19:37 And any bit of positivity for Brighton fans?
19:40 - Yeah, it's gonna be a tricky one again.
19:44 And just on that previous one as well,
19:46 like two years ago, probably finishing 12th
19:48 would have been a really good achievement for Brighton.
19:51 Just shows how the expectations have gone.
19:54 But yeah, Brighton were thrashed 6-1 by Villa
19:57 in the reverse fixture earlier this season.
19:59 And on current form, you'd probably say
20:03 that Brighton would be worried that
20:05 a similar scoreline could be on the cards again.
20:08 But my gut feeling is at home.
20:11 I don't think Brighton can be as bad as they were
20:14 again against Bournemouth.
20:16 I think there will be an improvement.
20:18 I think Billy Gilmore, having him back in the midfield
20:21 was helping.
20:22 It was only his first game back against Bournemouth.
20:24 And I think having himself, Pascal Gross,
20:27 and maybe Baliba in that midfield as well could help.
20:31 Baliba's looked a bit better as well
20:32 in the second half of the season.
20:34 He's had a few more opportunities.
20:36 But it's going to be very difficult.
20:37 Unai Emery's team,
20:39 they've been the story of the season this year.
20:40 I think what they've done,
20:42 Aston Villa has been remarkable.
20:45 I think Ollie Watkins has been excellent
20:48 and probably should be going to the Euros
20:51 with England as well.
20:53 But they haven't had too many injuries either, Villa.
20:56 I think they've had a fairly settled team
20:59 and they've been able to make the most out of that.
21:03 But what they've done is great.
21:05 And yeah, Brighton are really going to have to,
21:08 you know, put that Bournemouth display behind them
21:10 and try and find, as Dzerbi says,
21:13 the motivation to finish the season strongly.
21:16 But when Brighton get it wrong,
21:18 they really get it wrong.
21:19 And so, you know, 6-1, 4-0 to Man City.
21:22 So it's going to be a tricky one.
21:26 - I can see there being goals in that one.
21:29 Speaking of which,
21:30 we're going to move on to the score prediction
21:31 and we're going to start with Crawley against MK Dons.
21:33 As mentioned, the first leg is on Monday
21:35 and the second leg is on Thursday.
21:37 Mark, I'm not going to go game by game.
21:39 I'm going to instead ask you for your score prediction
21:41 on aggregate, what the score will be after two games.
21:45 - Oh no, I've thrown it, I've prepared it.
21:47 I've got to do maths now.
21:48 3-2 to Crawley.
21:49 3-2. - 3-2 to Crawley.
21:51 - Yeah, win at home, Crawley.
21:54 - Dan Morton, how do you see those games going?
21:58 - I'm going to go for similar.
21:59 I think Crawley will come out of top over the two days.
22:01 2-1.
22:02 - Tight.
22:05 - Tight indeed.
22:05 Aaron, how do you see that one going?
22:07 - Yeah, I was going to say 2-1 as well.
22:09 I think it's going to be very cagey.
22:12 And I just got a feeling that Scott Lindsay's got something.
22:16 You know, I think they're just going to edge it.
22:18 - And who will they be playing in the final then, Mark,
22:22 if they get there?
22:23 - Doncaster.
22:24 - Doncaster.
22:25 - And one of the fans said to me yesterday,
22:27 "We've got as good a time as any to beat Doncaster
22:29 for the first time this season."
22:31 That Wembley.
22:32 - Absolutely.
22:33 And yes, finally, Brian against Feeler on Sunday.
22:36 Deron, how do you see that one going?
22:39 - I'm going to go for a 2-2.
22:41 I agree with you, Matt.
22:41 I think there's going to be goals.
22:44 And I think it's going to be 2-2 as well.
22:47 - Sam Morton, how do you see that one going?
22:50 - Can't see it coming, unfortunately.
22:58 - 3-2, 3-2 Aston Villa.
23:00 3-2.
23:02 Mark, do you agree?
23:04 - Yeah, 3-1 Aston Villa.
23:05 - A positive end to the season for Brian there.
23:10 That's what we all want.
