00:00So Jack, yay today, you were auctioneering, you're up from Gippsland, how do you think it went compared to other sales?
00:05Yeah, I think we had a fairly strong sale today. There was a lot of smaller lots of cattle, not a great lot of big draughts or anything.
00:12But yeah, sold to probably a firmer, firm to endear a trend to recent sales around the state that I've been to anyway.
00:18But yeah, sold quite alright for what we had here today. There was plenty of feedlotters buying from anywhere from 650 down to 450 kilos,
00:26even your smaller 400 kilo weights just to top up loads, and plenty of restockers from areas of South Gippsland and surrounding areas.
00:35But yeah, sold quite well today, yeah it's good.
00:38Where do you put that firmer trend down to, Jack?
00:42Anywhere from sort of $3.50 to $3.80 a kilo for all those feedlot weights, which is probably holding firm to recent sales and in patches on some quality.
00:51Probably a little bit dearer, yeah.
00:52And you've got the blue shirts on today?
00:54Yeah, we've got the Dolly's Dream shirts on today, obviously with a monthly store sale.
00:59We're starting to raise funds as a company.
01:01Yeah, it's a fantastic cause and we've got next week at Coorongarra we'll be doing the same sort of thing with Nutrien on the 10th of May.
01:08So that's the official do it for Dolly day.
