00:00 >> What are your first impressions of Stout in this building around?
00:05 >> He's awesome.
00:05 Right off the bat, the energy and passion he has and the love for his players.
00:12 He's gonna get on you, but he's gonna love you harder.
00:15 And I've seen that already, but I'm so excited.
00:20 And the guys that he's developed, I'm just excited to get to work with them.
00:24 >> You speak to us about how he rose to the top using the word mentality.
00:27 How would you describe your mentality on the field?
00:30 >> I feel like I've just always been a tone setter.
00:33 Growing up, my dad, come from Chicago, my dad loved the 85 Bears.
00:38 That's all he talked about.
00:39 Warren Marshall, Mike Singletary, he's just always said,
00:43 whatever happens, you're gonna be the hardest hitter on the team.
00:46 And that mentality just kinda stuck with me.
00:48 But I like setting the tone of the game.
00:50 I like establishing the line of scrimmage.
00:52 And I just play hard.
00:54 I love the game of football.
00:55 I play with heart.
00:56 I'm gonna continue to do that.
00:58 >> What has it been like getting to know Dylan early in this process and
01:01 getting to go through this with another offensive line?
01:03 >> Yeah, most definitely.
01:05 Training with him, I can just see how hard of a work he is and
01:08 how much he loves football as well.
01:09 So as well as Gotti, he was down there at X-Files with us.
01:14 Jalex was as well.
01:15 So seeing some familiar faces is pretty cool.
01:18 And we're on this journey together, so we're gonna help each other out.
01:22 We're just excited to get to work.
