00:06favorite for the second game of this series after blowing out
00:10Dallas by twenty-two in the opening game of this
00:14conference semifinal set. But Luka Doncic and the Mavericks
00:17get their revenge even in the series at one game apiece with
00:21a one nineteen one ten victory last night in OKC. The Mavericks
00:26were up by six points at the break of double digits and
00:29entering the fourth quarter and Dallas prevails. One nineteen
00:33one ten. The Mavericks went outright as a five-point dog.
00:37Total last night in Oklahoma City closed at two eighteen. It
00:41barely trickles over with a combined two hundred and
00:44nineteen points. It's pretty crazy how this actually goes
00:48down because you watch this and say, how can you win a game
00:51number two after getting beaten game number one on the road?
00:54Well, the the premise here is you better shoot the lights out
00:57from three-point three-point land and you can do damage. You
01:00take a look at the game last night. Eighteen of thirty-seven
01:02doing the math. That's forty-nine percent on the road
01:05from three-point range and also this is a team that was I don't
01:08want to say struggling but Luka Doncic certainly was
01:10struggling from three-point range. He goes five of eight
01:13last night. It's starting off the show saying myself
01:15yesterday. Okay, how can Dallas hang around? You know, Luka
01:18might be on one leg out here. You need the secondary guys to
01:21step up but I'm not even talking about Batman and
01:23Robin or Kyrie Irving. I thought he would have a great
01:25game last night. Didn't end up betting it but the twenty-three
01:28and a half, twenty-four and a half points prop for him. I
01:30thought certainly would be in play because maybe Luka Doncic
01:32would say, you know what? Let me turn this offense over to
01:35you. I'll set you up. See if you can knock down some
01:37three-point shots. Kyrie Irving only shot two three-point shots
01:39last night on a team that made close to 50% and he didn't make
01:42any of them. He was 0 for two and nine total points in that
01:45game but he made up for it certainly by leading with
01:47assist at eleven. That was an impressive performance out of
01:50the Dallas Mavericks because I thought this would be 2-0
01:53heading back to Dallas where maybe you look at this game two
01:56game on the road by Doncic going like, hey, just don't get
01:58injured. We'll get a couple days off. We'll go home. We'll
02:00see if we can reset this series. Now, you see home
02:03court advantage back in the Mavericks favor and quite
02:05frankly, even when you look at OKC, you got what you wanted
02:08out of Shea Gilchrist Alexander. Forty-one points,
02:10excuse me, 41 minutes and thirty-three points even had
02:13Williams chip in with twenty. You just didn't get enough out
02:16of home grid who by the way yesterday, pretty good prop
02:19here on the Fandula Sportsbook on that odds boost. It was
02:21Luka Doncic to make three or more three-point shots and
02:23home to get fifteen points which he only got eleven. I
02:26believe he had nine at the break. So, that was a tough
02:28beat yesterday here but good win by the Mavericks and if
02:31Luka Doncic continues to play well on that hobbled knee, who
02:34knows what can happen?
