00:09Some of our favorite stars shined at the Met Gala in looks inspired by this year's theme,
00:13the Garden of Time.
00:14Now, there were, of course, literal flowers and jaw-dropping drama.

00:19Some had us doing double takes and wowed with bold accessories.
00:23Now, the guys brought their A-game too.
00:26We didn't forget about you.
00:27And then there was Zendaya.
00:29As always, we gotta talk about Z.
00:31She walked the carpet in one look, then came back to do it again in a second one.
00:36Just perfection.
00:38One person who wasn't at the Met Gala this year, Katy Perry, which you could've fooled
00:42us.
00:43So, Katy had to work, which is why she couldn't make the event, but her mom saw a photo of
00:47her at the gala and thought she did.
00:49She even texted her about it, to which Katy replied, the A.I. got you.
00:54Dang.
00:55I mean, this is pretty convincing, but maybe next year she'll be there for real, serving
00:59up more epic looks.

01:02Coleman Domingo made the most of his very first Met Gala experience and paid tribute
01:07to some serious legends in the suit-cape combo, which was clearly a nod to two stylish guys
01:13who came before him.
01:14So Chadwick Boseman wore a white cape Versace suit in 2018.
01:18Rest in peace, Black Panther.
01:19But that wasn't all.
01:21With his look, Coleman also honored the late Andre Leon Talley.
01:24A cape was his signature at the many Met Galas he attended.
01:28Coleman confirmed on the red carpet that he really wanted to honor them.
01:31And actually, he wants everything he does to be about more than just him.
01:35Amen to that.
01:36He may be the GOAT, but that doesn't mean Tom Brady can't ALSO be the butt of a joke.

02:02So while Tom was a pretty good sport for most of the show, sources tell us that his ex-wife
02:07Gisele Bundchen isn't too happy.
02:09If you'll remember, the pair famously divorced in October of 2022.
02:12And while Gisele is dating somebody new, that doesn't mean she wasn't deeply disappointed
02:16by what she feels was a disrespectful portrayal of her family during this roast.
02:20Because there were jokes about her marriage, even her current boyfriend was mentioned,
02:24but wasn't that it?
02:26So yes and no.
02:27Like most moms, right?
02:28She just wants to protect her kids, and she's really upset by how the jokes affected them.
02:32She feels like what was broadcasted was irresponsible content.
02:35And the kids are still fairly young, you know?
02:37She shares 10-year-old daughter Vivian and 13-year-old son Ben with Tom, and then Tom
02:41also shares his oldest son Jack with Bridget Moynihan, which is another prior relationship
02:45that he was roasted over.
02:47What's interesting though, is that all of this blowback is still happening after Nikki
02:50Glazer told Howard Stern that they had actually made a point to cut jokes about the kids.
02:55Mmm, yeah, because kids should be off limits.
02:57And I'll tell you what, that aside, the entire roast was hilarious.

07:02This show is based on the books by Anne Rice, but it definitely takes some twists and turns.
07:07Was there anything in the script this season that genuinely shocked you?
07:11Yeah, yeah.
07:12There was there was later on in the season.
07:15There are things that Louis does that I was surprised that he actually does.
07:20And actually, it's probably more about what he says, the more he does.
07:23To the extent that I was genuinely like, I don't know if I want to say this.
07:28And no, no, I'm not going to say it now.
07:32This is like this is episode six.
07:35I couldn't.
07:36But like, yeah, I was definitely surprised.
07:39And it's like it's stuff that now I'm like, it's my favorite stuff.
07:43Since you have the source material, what's one thing you knew was coming up that you were dying to film?
07:48There is a scene in episode three that I shoot with Armand that in the books I always loved.
07:57And it is there is like a really big character that is missing from that scene.
08:03And I was annoyed about that.
08:06We know your fan base is passionate, to say the least.
08:09Do you think this season will leave them screaming at the TV or will it satisfy them?
08:14Both. That's how it should be.
08:17I think people are going to scream at the TV and and yeah, and feel a huge amount of satisfaction and catharsis.
08:25And hopefully emotion.
08:27I think it is like a very, very emotional season.
08:32I think that like season one was.
08:35But I think there is also like a kind of intellectual current that runs through Louis in the way that Louis speaks,
08:41which a lot of it is like it's a front in season one.
08:45You know, it's like it's a front for this detachment.
08:47And it all kind of breaks down to like raw, like what's underneath the skin, particularly in Dubai.
08:54It's like, how do you really feel that is?
08:57Yeah, I think that when people watch it, there are going to be things that are shocking to hear that come out of that.
09:04If Louis and Lestat were celebrities, I know People.com would be writing stories on their tumultuous relationship.
09:11What's the headline you'd use to describe their relationship or lack thereof this season?
09:17Lestat back at it again.
09:20I would say like 15 people found dead in a burnt out building on the top story of Café du Morte.
09:32I think if Lestat were real, they would just be like tearing up the world.
09:38The world would be their playground.
09:41And what's the headline you'd use to describe your friendship in real life?
09:45Simon and Jacob.
09:49Go to the movies.
09:52Walk around the city.
09:54Sitting in a park for four hours.
09:57Now, according to the lore, when you get turned into a vampire, you can't enjoy human food ever again.
10:03So if you were both about to be turned, what would be your last meal?
10:07A big bowl of fries, I think.
10:10I just ate a big bowl of fries.
10:12That's what I'm just thinking about.
10:14Fries.
10:15In Prague, because we filmed in Prague, we didn't really love the food there.
10:23How about you?
10:24Sam.
10:25Jacob and I, we probably had dinner at the same restaurant every night and we had the same meal every night.
10:32Café du Morte and we had chicken schnitzel and a salad.
10:38And fries. French fries.
10:40And I had a lovely glass of raisins.
10:43And I think that was actually a really, really nice meal.
10:46And yeah, I'd have that.
10:49And last meal, though.
10:50That'd be your last meal.
10:53I would have a cinnamon bun.
10:55You're both very convincing vampires.
11:00But if we caught you on a day off, what would it look like?
11:02Coffee, books, cattle farm, dive bar, a day in the studio making music?
11:06I'd just hang out with my family.
11:08I have a three-year-old.
11:10So I'm mainly just hanging out with my wife, my little girl.
11:14That is my life.
11:15And I love it.
11:16It's like, that's, yeah.
