00:00 I'm here with Tom Allman, General Manager of Crawley Town. Tom, how are you feeling
00:04 right now?
00:05 I don't know to be honest. Unbelievable. I know it's cliche, I don't think there are
00:09 any words. Who would have thought it? Crawley Town, firstly coming in here putting on an
00:14 unbelievable performance on the night and then I think someone just said to me 'highest
00:18 ever aggregate win in a play-off game'.
00:19 Yeah, I just heard that as well.
00:22 What do you say to that? Unbelievable, unbelievable. I bet everyone deserves it.
00:25 How good were they tonight?
00:27 Incredible. It's completely surreal. It's so great that everyone, everyone who's been
00:32 involved with the club obviously now, everyone in the past who's got us to this stage, it's
00:37 fantastic and I think it's just deserved for everyone because everyone works so hard here.
00:40 People like yourselves included, yourself Gary, everyone behind the scenes works so
00:43 hard for the club. So to have nights like this, it's just amazing and really well deserved.
00:48 Yeah, and you said on the awards night about pride is back in this club and yeah, this
00:53 sums it up.
00:54 Oh, unbelievable. We were saying up in the seats even when Jay scored early on and we're
00:59 sort of in hysteria and the first thing is to run over to the fans and I think pretty
01:03 much everyone did that for every goal, straight over to the fans. Yeah, the fans were incredible.
01:08 Everyone who's involved at this club is honestly fantastic. You'll know from seeing behind
01:13 the scenes, there's people mucking across the board, doesn't matter what the job is,
01:16 there's no job too difficult, whatever. The coaching staff are fantastic, they've managed
01:21 to really get a tune out of the lads. The lads are fantastic, inside there in the changing
01:26 rooms, unbelievable. And I'm just, again, so pleased that everyone's hard work over
01:31 the years has come to fruition.
01:32 Yeah, and talking of hard work, next week's going to be a lot of hard work, isn't it?
01:36 Yeah, we're just saying again, just saying inside, we're mid-May and still going. It's
01:42 unbelievable but we've prepared, I can say now we've prepared quite well this week. We've
01:47 sort of had one eye on things obviously because of the turnaround. We sort of jokingly said
01:52 that it was actually probably more tantalising for us because we're putting the plans together
01:55 knowing what could be. So, oh yeah, busy week next week but what a week.
01:59 And how will it feel next Sunday, watching 40,000 without Wendley?
02:04 It's history, isn't it? If nothing else, it's history. Again, it's cliche and potentially
02:10 not a very good interview but what can you say? It's unbelievable and everyone so well
02:15 I've heard it's fantastic.
