00:00 [Crowd cheering]
00:02 [Commentator] Thank you both for the rules, the letters of a good, clean fight, okay?
00:05 Most of all, to defend yourselves at all times, alright?
00:08 [Crowd cheering]
00:15 [Commentator] Michael Alexander, the referee.
00:18 Price...
00:20 in the black and red.
00:24 Boxing out of that red corner.
00:26 McCaskill in the black and pink. Ten two-minute rounds...
00:30 for the WBA...
00:33 welterweight championship of the world.
00:37 [Crowd cheering]
00:45 [Crowd cheering]
00:55 [Crowd cheering]
01:07 Price just looking to try and find a range with that jab early on.
01:10 [Crowd cheering]
01:18 McCaskill a little bit messy coming forward.
01:20 This is what you generally get from when she commits.
01:24 She's got a rugged physical style.
01:26 [Crowd cheering]
01:28 Nice loose one-two there from Price.
01:31 Yeah, it's just hard to walk in on a southpaw, you know?
01:35 You can slip inside a jab, orthodox fight against orthodox,
01:39 but it's more difficult to play the distance against a southpaw,
01:42 especially with someone who's got as fast a hands and as quick a feet
01:45 as Lauren just nails her with the straight left as she's coming in.
01:48 [Crowd cheering]
02:03 Yeah, McCaskill needs to be up close to be effective.
02:06 She's not going to win this fight at this range.
02:08 I know it's early doors and she can get those, but, you know,
02:11 it's not going to be easy to get to Lauren Price.
02:14 [Crowd cheering]
02:17 Price looking for that left hand over the top.
02:19 McCaskill up close there, tries to let her hands go.
02:22 There wasn't quite enough room as Price managed to turn it towards the ropes.
02:26 [Crowd cheering]
02:29 I think they said in the introduction that Lauren Price was 5'5"
02:32 and McCaskill was 5'6".
02:33 It looks like Price is the slightly bigger person, I'd say.
02:38 She's using her reach well.
02:39 She's using... Her biggest asset is her hand speed and her footwork.
02:43 She keeps on using that.
02:44 It's going to be hard for Jess to get in.
02:45 [Crowd cheering]
02:58 Don't come in square, OK?
03:00 We're just trying to lift you up over the top, alright?
03:03 Going around, right?
03:04 Yeah, but you've got to just use your jab a little bit more
03:07 and don't come in with the chin up.
03:08 Come on a little angle because you'll come back with the left hook, OK?
03:11 Alright? So deflect them when you can.
03:13 When you can keep along, keep along, OK?
03:15 But you've got to move your feet and keep your balance.
03:17 Don't rush.
03:18 OK, good.
03:19 Watch your head.
03:20 Head's in front of you.
03:21 Get around her, OK?
03:22 Relax, relax.
03:24 As she warms up now, nice and calm, OK?
03:27 Chin down because she's wild.
03:29 Calm, calm.
03:30 Deflect them, box her up, OK?
03:32 Don't fall in.
03:33 [Crowd cheering]
03:37 Robert Cracken's voice in the corner there,
03:39 that's one that Lauren Price has been used to hearing for a really long time.
03:44 [Crowd cheering]
03:47 So into round two.
03:49 [Crowd cheering]
03:52 And the point she's impressing on Price there,
03:54 more than anything else, is just keep your shape.
03:57 Mekeska will try and rush you, she'll try and get on top of you,
04:00 she'll try and make you lose that shape and fight her fight.
04:04 [Crowd cheering]
04:06 She will, yeah.
04:07 Lauren has got to put something on the end of the show.
04:09 [Crowd cheering]
04:11 Make Mekeska respect her because she will just keep charging forward,
04:14 hoping to land that one big wild chop that she throws.
04:17 Like Matt said earlier, she needs it at a closer range to be able to do that.
04:21 [Crowd cheering]
04:26 Just creeping in Mekeska.
04:27 Price looking to jab, then stepped off to the right-hand side.
04:30 [Crowd cheering]
04:35 [Crowd cheering]
04:41 Price just getting a hold of Mekeska,
04:43 walking her back into the ropes.
04:46 [Crowd cheering]
04:48 Good left-hand bar for Price.
04:49 [Crowd cheering]
04:52 Jabbed on the move, but didn't catch her right from Mekeska.
04:54 She's got long arms, Mekeska,
04:56 and closing from unorthodox angles at times.
04:59 [Crowd cheering]
05:02 This is what she'll do. She'll make it uglier, she'll make it more
05:05 to try and annoy Lauren and get her fighting
05:09 without using her feet and without using the speed of her hands.
05:12 She's doing a good job here, Price.
05:14 [Crowd cheering]
05:23 Well, we first saw Mekeska in the UK against Katie Taylor all those years ago.
05:27 Now, she won titles at Superlight,
05:29 where then became undisputed at well to weight.
05:32 Back down to Superlight, weight box for undisputed,
05:34 but as Tishon tells Cameron, it's been quite the career.
05:38 [Crowd cheering]
05:39 Price looking to try and finish the round strong,
05:41 but good upper body movement there from Mekeska.
05:44 [Crowd cheering]
05:47 [Whoosh]
05:49 [Whoosh]
05:50 [Music]
05:51 Boxing on Sky Sports, brought to you by Voltirol.
05:55 Yo, want to smell premium?
05:57 You got to try this new Lynx thing.
06:00 The new Lynx fine fragrance collection.
06:02 Smell finer than the finest fragrances.
06:05 Skincare?
06:07 We've got better things to do.
06:09 It's easy. Immediate hydration with SPF 15 protection.
06:12 Nivea Men's Sensitive Moisturizer.
06:15 I told you I'd see you again real soon, didn't I?
06:17 Here we go.
06:18 She's alive and she wants blood.
06:22 Who are you really?
06:24 I'm the Equalizer.
06:25 [Whoosh]
06:26 [Music]
06:29 So that is Ivana Haberzin, the WBC Welterweight Champion.
06:35 The WBA title has been boxed for, of course.
06:38 We have the IBF Champion sat to her left hand side.
06:42 Mia Matthew-Maclin and Tasha Jonas.
06:45 I'm not sure if Sandy Ryan, the WBO Champion, has made it down here tonight.
06:49 She won that title in this ring, actually, last year.
06:54 But it's a vibrant, vibrant scene.
06:56 Wanda McCaskill dominated.
06:58 She won all four belts from Cecilia Brekkers, bringing her long, long reign to an end.
07:03 Good combination there from Price.
07:04 She finished the second round nice and strong.
07:07 And just caught McCaskill again there.
07:14 She's so unorthodox, McCaskill.
07:16 She's getting very frustrated.
07:18 Michael Alexander's having a word with the pair of them,
07:29 with McCaskill about the erratic way that she comes forward, I think.
07:32 And with Price maybe about a touch of holding,
07:37 but this is what he's going to have to deal with, directly.
07:39 He would have known that before the fight started.
07:41 Again, good distance there from Price.
07:43 There was something in between the rounds, obviously,
07:48 when we went to the break, that Rick Ramos was complaining about to the referee,
07:51 but I couldn't quite make out what it was.
07:53 But Wanda's just got to be careful.
07:55 She keeps her head up in the air and her chin a little bit high,
07:58 because McCaskill just throws wild, big, winging shots that can't quite easily land.
08:11 That's a good combination there from Price,
08:13 followed up with the right hand off the back of the 1-2.
08:16 The referee has sent her to the neutral corner here.
08:21 Price is having another word with McCaskill.
08:23 This may be a final warning.
08:26 He's not taking a point at this stage.
08:31 She is unorthodox.
08:32 There are limbs seemingly everywhere when she's in that ring, McCaskill.
08:38 But it's the head that referees will really worry about more than anything else.
08:43 She throws her shots and leaves her feet behind,
08:47 and then worms her head movement out of the way.
08:51 That's a good 1-2 there from Price.
08:54 She's just keeping the distance between her and her opponent.
08:57 When McCaskill does close the gap down, she grabs hold of her on the inside.
09:01 I think that's probably what the referee was talking to her about.
09:05 She's made a good start here, the home fighter, in these first three rounds.
09:11 This was never going to be pretty.
09:21 It wasn't.
09:22 And if I'm honest, I don't think McCaskill's had a great performance since then.
09:27 They were the two most clear.
09:30 I think a performance against Ryan Cousins was a bit too much.
09:34 A performance against Ryan Cousins was a bit too far,
09:36 and it's a bit like what we're seeing today.
09:39 Loving's doing really well.
09:40 She's using the jab, she's using the speed, and she's using the footwork.
09:43 McCaskill just leaves her feet behind and just swings.
09:47 I think it's really frustrating for McCaskill.
09:49 She just can't get to her, which she does get to her.
09:51 She's walking onto shots, then Lawrence is tying her up or getting out of there.
09:55 She hasn't really put two shots together, has she?
10:00 She can't even get in position to get the shots up,
10:02 because Lawrence is too quick with her feet and too quick with her hands.
10:05 She goes for it, but she doesn't get it to her.
10:08 I think it could get worse, the more frustration she gets.
10:14 Starts lunging, she walks onto shots.
10:18 I mentioned Sandy, Ryan earlier on,
10:24 and you mentioned that fight between McCaskill and Ryan,
10:26 which was for three world titles,
10:28 and Ryan felt done by that night,
10:31 but she had to settle for the draw with some justification.
10:35 It was a good backhand with that landed there from Jamsa.
10:41 She just dipped and came back and returned.
10:44 Watch your head, Mara.
10:46 McCaskill again, they're doing what Sasha picked up,
10:59 and she throws those hands first, takes her feet with them second.
11:03 This is all that it needs to do, just box, Mark, pop up as she comes,
11:10 and she's got to make that distance up.
11:13 She's either going to lean forward and leave herself exposed.
11:17 And the longer it goes on, the faster they get more desperate,
11:22 take more chances, make more mistakes.
11:25 You've got to remember as well,
11:32 Lawrence used to fight unorthodox people.
11:34 I'm not sure how many Southpaws she has fought as a pro.
11:38 She's got another good combination from Price,
11:41 she just manages to rattle the punches off.
11:43 It's difficult to catch McCaskill absolutely clean.
11:46 Good jab to the chest there from Price.
11:49 She'll stick to her task, McCaskill.
11:53 She will believe that this method will pay dividends
11:56 the longer the fight goes on.
11:59 There's one thing that Lawrence can get out of this,
12:04 and that's the fact that she's got a good technique.
12:07 There's one thing that Lawrence can guarantee,
12:09 and it's that they should go on.
12:10 She doesn't really have a plan B.
12:12 Bit of blood coming down the left cheek there of McCaskill.
12:21 I think there's a cut high up in the hairline above her left ear.
12:25 And he's down ringside with Carys Artingstall.
12:31 Carys, you're living every moment of this.
12:34 Is this the fight you expected?
12:36 I thought it would be a bit more messy.
12:38 The first couple of fights were to be fair,
12:40 they've had a tally-off off the ref,
12:41 so it's settling down a little bit.
12:43 This is pretty much what I expected,
12:44 and I expect Lawrence to come on stronger again,
12:46 even more so in the second half of the fight.
12:48 Obviously you share a trainer in Robert McCracken.
12:50 He's the perfect man for this.
12:51 He's a very cool head in a hot kitchen.
12:53 Yeah, he's very cool and carbon collected.
12:55 He's like the comfort blanket for us.
12:57 He keeps us nice and chilled and sticks to the game plan.
13:00 What about this atmosphere as well?
13:01 Will Lawrence be feeding off of this?
13:02 Yeah, definitely. She'll be loving this.
13:04 She won't be soaking it all in, I don't think,
13:06 at the minute while she's in the ring,
13:07 but the ring walk and that and afterwards,
13:09 when she gets them belts around her waist,
13:10 this place is going to be electric.
13:12 Oh, my God, I'm going to be dead.
13:13 Good to see you.
13:14 Thank you very much.
13:15 Second round, round five.
13:20 So into the fifth,
13:23 and they've had to do some work on McCaskill in between rounds.
13:26 The cut, I think, just above the left ear,
13:28 an inch or two above the left ear in the hairline,
13:30 and that's why it's been bleeding down the left-hand side of her face.
13:33 Nowhere near the eyes,
13:34 so it's of no great consequence,
13:37 but you'd imagine that must have come from a head clash.
13:41 And there's that speed from Price.
13:47 Hand speed, speed of reaction.
13:51 Works well to the body there,
13:54 McCaskill trying to get that right hand off.
13:56 Head clash, another head clash.
14:03 You can see McCaskill just wince there.
14:05 I think that second head clash has caused a big bruise.
14:18 On the left thigh, I think there is some swelling coming up, isn't there?
14:21 There is a good combination there from Price,
14:23 and wow, yeah, that has come up very, very quickly indeed.
14:29 You can see it sticking out from the eyebrow.
14:32 We're beyond the completion of four rounds,
14:35 so if the fight gets stopped due to an injury
14:37 caused by an accidental clash of heads,
14:39 which is surely what that was,
14:41 then we will go to the scorecards,
14:43 just to be absolutely clear about that.
14:46 The scorecards, which you would imagine, would have Price ahead,
14:51 and we can get a good look at that bruise now, that swelling now.
14:55 Michael Alexander having a look at the bruise.
14:57 I think they're probably both on a final warning here.
15:00 McCormack will have to do everything they can
15:11 to try and get that swelling down in between rounds,
15:13 because if that slips down over the eye,
15:16 and she loses a side of the eye,
15:18 then she just won't be able to continue, McCaskill.
15:20 Even if it splits open,
15:22 and I think she's been hit there again,
15:24 Price has worked very efficiently in this round.
15:27 Right hand is finding the body there.
15:29 We've got to give a little meaner, stay a little lower.
15:32 Keep touching.
15:33 She doesn't like where she's getting her hands.
15:36 She's got to get a little more of that.
15:38 She's got to get a little more of that.
15:40 She's got to get a little more of that.
15:42 She's got to get a little more of that.
15:44 She's got to get a little more of that.
15:46 She's got to get a little more of that.
15:48 She's got to get a little more of that.
15:50 She's got to get a little more of that.
15:52 She's got to get a little more of that.
15:54 She's got to get a little more of that.
15:56 She's got to get a little more of that.
15:58 She doesn't like where she's getting hit.
16:00 She's got to keep pawing, pawing, feint.
16:02 Start feinting, throw some combinations.
16:04 It ain't got to be hard, just keep firing.
16:06 And then once she starts getting touched,
16:08 her confidence is going to go up.
16:10 She's a lot more rapid.
16:11 See what I'm saying?
16:12 Just keep touching, keep touching.
16:14 Take the body when you can.
16:15 Do what you can.
16:16 Okay?
16:17 All right, give me a little something.
16:19 Let those hit three, four punch hands.
16:21 Combinations go.
16:22 Three or four punches, let them go.
16:24 If she holds you, grip to the body.
16:26 Anything else.
16:28 Get better.
16:30 Let's go, go, go.
16:32 Seven, round six.
16:35 [BELL RINGING]
16:37 I would say that was it.
16:38 That was a hefty clump.
16:39 [CROWD CHEERING]
16:42 And it's caused from just having to rush in
16:44 to close down the space.
16:46 [CROWD CHEERING]
16:50 In and out with a jab there, Price.
16:54 She's got such quick feet, quick hands.
16:56 [CROWD CHEERING]
16:59 And if anything, as the round's progressed,
17:01 she's finding her rhythm better and better here.
17:05 I think that's because Jess is going to have to get more desperate
17:08 and more wild as she goes in.
17:11 I mean, I haven't got Lauren losing a round yet.
17:14 [CROWD CHEERING]
17:15 She's probably starting to feel a little bit demoralized here
17:17 now at the castle.
17:20 Well, nothing's really got her way, has it?
17:22 The viewer's verdict, has Price winning every round?
17:24 And I would say that that is accurate.
17:26 She's bringing the heat as much as she can, McCaskill.
17:30 But when the heads have clashed, she's come off worse.
17:33 She's suffered damage twice, and nothing has really
17:37 dented the features of Lauren Price.
17:40 She is a physically very strong, robust fighter.
17:44 [CROWD CHEERING]
17:47 [WHISTLE BLOWING]
17:50 But also with those technical skills.
17:52 And there's that jab again.
17:56 Good one, too, for Price.
17:57 Finishes on a longish left hand.
17:59 [CROWD CHEERING]
18:03 And at the moment, it's very difficult to see what McCaskill
18:06 is going to be able to do about this.
18:08 She just doesn't have any answers.
18:10 And any time she does get close to her, Lauren just shuts her down.
18:13 They just come together, and she's physically too strong for her.
18:17 She turns away as well, McCaskill.
18:20 And she can't see where the next shot's coming from.
18:22 She swings.
18:23 She doesn't know where Lauren is because she's looking away.
18:26 [CROWD CHEERING]
18:31 And again, good skills, good movement there from Price.
18:35 [BELL RINGING]
18:37 [CROWD CHEERING]
18:41 [MUSIC PLAYING]
18:44 Got it.
18:47 All right, let's go.
18:49 Gotta let those hands go.
18:50 Don't reach for her.
18:51 Now we're going in the back half.
18:52 She's never even been here.
18:53 She hasn't been in the back half of the round that much.
18:56 So now take this round off.
18:57 Box a little bit, try to time something, okay?
18:59 She's held you 22 times.
19:02 That's 22 holds.
19:03 So she's gonna hold.
19:04 The ref is clearly not calling it.
19:06 You gotta wait for her.
19:07 Let her come in now.
19:08 Now, timer, okay?
19:09 Timer, if she grabs you, try to punch.
19:11 But let both hands go.
19:12 Let both hands go.
19:14 Forget power.
19:15 Just try to win the round, all right?
19:16 Yeah.
19:17 The right hook's lovely.
19:18 Just get that jab working as well and make her reach.
19:20 You've got your backhand as well.
19:21 But solid defense.
19:22 Don't be sloppy with that.
19:23 Your little slips are good.
19:24 You're avoiding her.
19:25 You've gotta be really careful in front of her.
19:27 [INTERPOSING VOICES]
19:32 Rick Ramos in the corner there.
19:36 Not happy with the amount of holding that Price has been doing.
19:39 Michael Alexander has spoken to her about it.
19:42 He's spoken to McCaskill about the untidiness of her marauding attacks.
19:49 And I wouldn't be surprised if a point goes from either one of them before this ends.
19:53 But for McCaskill, she's gonna need a lot more than that.
19:59 [INTERPOSING VOICES]
20:02 Yeah, I think Rick's saying to box a little bit more than to win the round by boxing.
20:06 But I think she needs more than that, as I've got a lot in 6-0 ahead.
20:10 [INTERPOSING VOICES]
20:20 The swelling above the left eye so far has stayed exactly there.
20:23 The eye is closing slowly, but they've managed to keep it relatively under control.
20:29 The referee again here is going to have a word with a pair of them.
20:47 That had the look of a final, final warning, I think, from Michael Alexander.
20:52 But in that circumstance, if he was going to deduct a point,
20:54 he would have to take it from both of them, you would think.
21:00 3-1 to Fondlale.
21:05 It's all right to try to say do this, do that.
21:07 But when someone's got quicker feet, quicker hands in here, it's hard.
21:10 You know, it's hard to even get into the position to do that.
21:14 Exactly. She's in a very tough spot here, McCaskill.
21:18 She's got all the will, all the self-belief you could possibly want.
21:21 It's one of the main reasons that she's got to where she's got to in the sport.
21:25 And she's achieved an enormous amount having taken boxing up late.
21:30 But tonight, she's just in with somebody who she isn't able to roughhouse
21:34 because Price of the two has maybe been the rougher, so she can't do that to her.
21:38 And when it comes to a battle of speed and skill, she can't win on that front either.
21:42 So this is a very difficult position to find yourself in.
21:50 Okay, Andi is down ringside with a WBC champ, Ivana Habizin.
21:56 Ivana, great to welcome you here at ringside.
21:59 How are you seeing this fight so far? Who's winning on your card?
22:02 But definitely, Lorraine is giving Jessica a boxing lesson,
22:06 so I have definitely heard that she's winning fights easily.
22:10 She's doing exactly what she's supposed to do, boxing, and don't go in these clinches.
22:18 You can see that at the beginning, both fighters were wrestling catching.
22:24 But when Jessica can't do that, she can't do anything.
22:27 So I have Lorraine winning this fight.
22:30 And you're here because you want the winner?
22:33 Listen, in this fight, for me, it was whoever wins.
22:37 But right now, I know she's going to win, so of course, my eyes are on her.
22:41 Great to see you here tonight.
22:43 Thank you.
22:46 She might not be the only one who wants that fight.
22:48 Somebody sat next to me, you might fancy that fight.
22:51 I think there's a cure. People are always--
22:53 When there's titles on the line, you become the target.
22:56 Just go over to the doctor to check.
22:59 So Neil Scott is just going to have a look at that swelling,
23:02 which is slipping down, but the eye is still open.
23:05 You can see that the field of vision there, although it would have been narrowed,
23:09 it does still exist.
23:11 And he was quite quick there, the doctor, to allow things to continue.
23:15 So this is round eight.
23:17 Good left hand there from Price, who is really enjoying this.
23:21 And well she might.
23:23 Yeah, she's done quick combinations, spinning off.
23:28 If there is one criticism of Price, it's sometimes she smothers herself.
23:38 She rushes in and meets you in the middle and then can't get her own shot off.
23:42 But she's popped them really well, keeping the distance really nice.
23:45 The discipline has been great, hasn't it?
23:49 She's kept that shape.
23:51 The challenge was always going to be, can you make those superior skills count
23:56 when you have somebody putting you under the kind of pressure that McCaskill does?
24:00 It's not an easy thing to do, particularly in two-minute rounds,
24:03 and she's managed to do it.
24:05 It's hard to beat that speed. Speed is hard to beat.
24:10 It can be good timing and you're smart and good IQ and that,
24:14 but the thing with Lauren is she's strong as well.
24:17 So even if you try and rush in and get a hold of her,
24:20 she's actually really physically strong on the inside too.
24:23 Yeah, like she says, she's fought as high as 75 kilos in the amateurs,
24:27 so she's used to being the smaller person against bigger, stronger girls.
24:37 Throws that jab and then moves in behind the left hand.
24:41 Which makes it a shot to nothing, really.
24:45 There's no way that McCaskill can counter that
24:48 or give herself enough space to catch her on the way in.
24:52 And again, that's an illustration of that speed that she has
24:55 into the final few seconds of round eight.
24:58 She is touching distance away here, Lauren Price,
25:02 from the homecoming that she would have been dreaming about.
25:07 And it's a shot!
25:10 CHEERING AND APPLAUSE

25:46 So you've got to feed her, you've got to paw her,
25:53 you've got to step on her.
25:55 Five to ten seconds.
25:59 Both of them landing left hands there.
26:02 Seconds out.
26:04 Just having a look at that eye in the corner, it is...
26:07 closing a little bit more,
26:10 and I think that's why the referee is going to have this looked at once again.
26:16 I'm not sure this is going to be allowed to continue.
26:26 And the referee has decided that the fight is over.
26:32 On the advice of the rimside, doctor, that eye had closed
26:36 appreciably since the last time we saw it.
26:39 And assuming that it was caused by that hit past it,
26:45 was picked out earlier on,
26:48 then the fight has ended due to an injury sustained
26:52 by an accidental foul.
26:54 And we will go to the scorecards,
26:56 where surely Laura Price is a country mile ahead,
27:00 and that's why that announcement from the referee was greeted
27:06 in the same way you see it greeted when a referee waves a fight over
27:11 because somebody scored a knockout, because we know what it means, don't we?
27:14 She's won every round, won every second of every round,
27:18 so it could only be one scorecard.
27:20 No, it hasn't been close, and even in the little exchange that we've just seen,
27:24 the difference between McCaskill and Lauren was that
27:27 Lauren could see and had McCaskill in view.
27:29 McCaskill's up and down, different, and just throwing and wishing and hoping
27:33 that it lands, but she doesn't know where Lauren is.
27:36 It's a shame for McCaskill, because she's a good fighter,
27:38 but she just couldn't get anything up at all, because she couldn't get going.
27:42 No, that's exactly it. She's 39 now, Jessica McCaskill.
27:45 I'm not saying that this...
27:46 There's nothing wrong with being 39.
27:47 There's nothing wrong with being 39.
27:49 I was just going to say that doesn't mean that this is the end,
27:52 but she's had a fantastic career.
27:54 Look at what she's achieved.
27:55 Multiple world titles at super lightweight,
27:57 undisputed, a welterweight.
27:59 She's been in so many good fights.
28:01 She's a terrific professional, a great ambassador,
28:04 role model for the sport, but tonight,
28:06 her tried and trusted method just didn't work.
28:10 Let's have another look at the head clash from earlier off,
28:13 because that's what caused the swelling,
28:15 which was always going to, bit by bit, Matt,
28:18 slip down over the eye.
28:20 Yeah, yeah. It was round by round.
28:22 It was getting worse, wasn't it?
28:23 And even the corner trying to do a good job with the end swell.
28:26 It's a losing battle.
28:28 Just falling short with that right hand,
28:38 and Price moves in behind the jab.
28:40 The heads clump together.
28:42 That is completely accidental.
28:45 There's no blame to be laid at the door of Price for that,
28:50 but what this shows, Tasha, is that Price is the kind of fighter
28:54 where if you feel like you could maybe try and rough her up,
28:57 you're going to need to think again,
28:59 because she's not going to tolerate it.
29:01 100%, yeah.
29:02 And I think, you know, people say about the differences
29:06 between the amateurs and the pros.
29:08 She's experienced that before.
29:10 It's not about necessarily the fighting way, the fighting style.
29:13 It's about the people that you've interacted with and fought with
29:16 along that journey and styles.
29:20 OK, they're in centre ring now.
29:22 That eye is absolutely hideous.
29:25 It really, really is.
29:27 OK, Big Mo is up in the middle.
29:29 He's got the score sheets in his hand.
29:32 Let's go over to him now.
29:35 Ladies and gentlemen,
29:46 referee Michael Alexander and our doctor ringside
29:49 will now have to stop for this contest at two seconds of round number nine.
29:53 Due to an accidental head class,
29:55 we will go to the judges' scorecard for a technical decision.
29:58 All three judges see the contest 90-82,
30:03 declaring your winner
30:05 and the new
30:08 unified
30:10 WBA,
30:12 IBO,
30:14 and Ring Magazine
30:16 world champion
30:18 of the world,
30:21 Lauren Pines!
30:28 A dominant, dominant display
30:32 from a fantastically talented woman.
