00:19 and today we've got a really fun activity for the athletes,
00:23 the SailGP Stand Up Paddleboard Challenge.
00:26 The athletes are arriving very soon,
00:28 and let's see who can take home the golden trophy.

00:38 The first race will start with the athletes
00:41 running across the beach,
00:42 picking up their stand up paddleboards,
00:44 and racing to a buoy and back.
00:46 The second challenge will be a stand up paddleboard tag.
00:50 Now, the winner of the first race
00:51 will be trying to tag the other athletes and get them out,
00:55 and the winner of that race will go into our final challenge,
00:58 which is a head-to-head race
00:59 between the winners of the first and second race.

05:48 I just try not to be seen until the last moment.

05:53 He's extremely quick on a paddleboard, he's impressive.
05:56 And have you ever done stand up paddleboarding before?
05:59 I mean, you were really good.
06:00 I've done a little bit at home, but like when I was younger,
06:03 when I was living on Aruba,
06:05 but actually recently, nothing, zero.
06:08 [laughter]
06:10 And I mean, this is a beautiful place,
06:12 I mean, to just be out on the water.
06:14 Did you enjoy it?
06:15 Yeah, it's amazing to come somewhere like Bermuda,
06:17 you know, you have crystal clear water,
06:19 it's nice and warm, we're all enjoying it a lot, I think,
06:22 and it's really nice to have events in places like this.
06:25 And you've got your very own F50 now.
06:27 I mean, isn't that crazy?
