00:00 But we look back first on game number five last night inside
00:06 Madison Square Garden. The Rangers scored first, but then
00:09 the Panthers pounced three unanswered goals to take a
00:13 three-three-one lead. The Rangers do add one at the end,
00:17 but it's a three-two victory for Florida and a three-two
00:21 series advantage for the Panthers as well. One went away
00:24 from their second consecutive appearance in a Stanley Cup
00:28 final. How did Florida change the tune last night, Anna,
00:31 inside Madison Square Garden? I don't think they necessarily
00:34 change the tune. I think they've been playing this way
00:36 pretty much this entire series. Florida's been a very dominant
00:40 squad. Igor Shesterkin for the New York Rangers, in my opinion,
00:43 has just been lights out this entire postseason specifically
00:47 in the series and you can see them starting to get under his
00:49 skin a little bit. They spent a lot of time right up there in
00:52 his crease, maybe frustrating him just a tad, but the Florida
00:55 Panthers are a very good hockey team. This has been a very
00:57 closely contested series either way. So it's not something
01:01 that's shocking to me that they were able to pull out the win
01:03 that one. It's been incredibly close all the way through. Take
01:06 a look at game number two overtime, two to one, game
01:09 number three overtime, five to four, game number four, three
01:11 to two overtime. We just saw last night three to two and
01:14 some might say the outliers game number one, three to
01:16 nothing. If you remember that game, this was one to nothing
01:18 right up until the final few moments where the Rangers had
01:21 an own goal and then an empty netter. So theoretically,
01:23 we're probably looking at one goal differences each and
01:26 every time. So we look forward to the series moving to game
01:29 six and possibly game number seven. We're probably looking
01:32 at close games in both of them if we need both of them Anna.
01:36 Yeah, 100% avoid the puck line for the favorites in this
01:39 series guys like and for the other one as well too. Like
01:42 these are two very closely contested conference finals.
01:46 Both teams are going back and forth. It really could have
01:49 gone either way hearing you say all this overtime is working
01:51 every single one of those games like I'm very well aware of how
01:53 many of these games have gone to overtime. So it's crazy, but
01:56 it's good to watch like we have truly for the best teams in the
01:59 NHL left in the Stanley Cup playoffs hunt. So it's it's
02:02 great hockey all around. Anna is the overtime calzone still a
02:07 thing. That was a thing last postseason two playoffs ago.
02:10 It is yeah, they went all out this time. They ordered me like
02:14 I want to say like 30 different calzones like the last time we
02:18 had an overtime. So our production team is awesome over
02:21 at the NHL terrible for my diet because I think I've worked like
02:24 what like three games that didn't go to overtime throughout
02:27 the entire conference finals, but like it seems like that's
02:30 the direction they're headed pretty much every single night,
02:33 but I like to see it. We don't like to see blowouts this late
02:35 in the year. That's no fun.
02:36 Could we see some more calzones? That might be the question and
02:42 don't put it out quickly on game six. I mean, maybe could
02:46 happen just say a lot of overtime games so far as we go
02:49 quickly to game six tomorrow night on a Saturday in sunrise.
02:53 The Panthers a minus 170 home Moneyline favorite and what
02:58 happens tomorrow is for the back in the cup final or might
03:01 we see a game seven back inside Madison Square Garden.
03:04 It's really tough. I think it could go either way. I don't
03:10 love how I'm feeling about the Rangers with Florida taking us
03:13 seriously. This is the first time New York will be facing
03:15 elimination this entire postseason. They've never had
03:18 that threat before you wonder how they're going to perform
03:21 with that kind of looming over their heads and Florida's just
03:23 one of those teams that's built really well to play against New
03:26 York Rangers like we didn't see that in the Carolina Hurricanes
03:29 who I thought were a phenomenal team just not built to play
03:31 against New York Rangers. The Rangers beat you in five minutes
03:34 out of a 60-minute hockey game and Florida is able to get under
03:38 skin for 60 whole minutes. So this is a toss up. I would love
03:42 for it to go seven. I think it could very easily go seven and
03:45 come back to the garden. But if I had to choose right now, I
03:49 think Florida carrying the momentum they have from this
03:51 one like the odds are definitely in their favor for
03:53 game six as well.
