00:00 The 48th Police of Bamban, Tarlac was transferred to the Central Luzon Police Regional Office.

00:07 They are being investigated for possible negligence due to illegal POGO activities in the area.

00:14 According to PNP spokesperson Colonel Gene Fajardo, the police are under retraining and reorientation.

00:21 They were replaced by the police from the Tarlac Police Regional Office.

00:26 Meanwhile, Mayor Alice Guo filed a preventive suspension order against her by the Ombudsman.

00:34 The PAG-CORS also accused the lawyer of Guo to them of filing criminal complaints against her.

00:44 The PAG-CORS did not have any involvement in issuing local business permit and license.

00:50 They are also not responsible for inspecting houses that are not in their jurisdiction.

00:56 In the case of the raid on the compound in Bamban this March,

01:00 there were PAG-CORS who were monitoring the operation of ZUN U1 Technologies Inc.

01:07 at its registered address inside the compound.

01:10 But the PAG-CORS did not have access to other areas of the compound that are mostly restricted and not accessible to the public.

01:18 That's why they were not able to monitor any illegal activities there.
