00:40COMELEC will now try to separate the provider of the machines and the transmission.

00:46That's why in the briefing held at the headquarters of Miru,

00:49the Philippine Computer Society has a problem with the delegation of COMELEC.

00:55In terms of engagement, it's clear what is the responsibility of Miru and what is the responsibility of I-1.
