00:00As I was acknowledging yesterday, we've not made as much progress in some areas as I would have liked.
00:04I talked about the waiting list last night.
00:06But people can look at the 18 months that I've been in charge,
00:09and they can see, particularly on the economy, what we have delivered.
00:13That was my number one priority when I got this job.
00:16Inflation at 11%, with all the damage that was doing to everyone's standard of living.
00:21That's why I made it a priority to bring inflation down.
00:23Just the day before yesterday, we saw that inflation has returned to target.
00:27The economy is growing faster than all our major competitors.
00:30Wages are rising, and now taxes are being cut.
00:34And my point for everyone is don't sleepwalk to July 4th.
00:39Don't let Labour waltz into office without scrutinising their plans.
00:43What it would mean for your family, for our country.
00:46There's a very clear choice at this election.
00:49With a re-elected Conservative government, your taxes will continue to be cut,
00:54giving you and your family the financial security that you want and deserve.
00:58If Keir Starmer is in number 10 with a blank cheque,
01:02everyone's taxes are going up, and they're going up by a lot.
01:06And I'm going to fight very hard for the last day of this election
01:09to make sure that that doesn't happen.
