00:00The CICC or Cybercrime Investigation and Coordinating Council is investigating a case
00:08against their telecommunications companies along with their free agents.
00:14This is related to thousands of SIM cards that are not yet registered
00:19and are being used by syndicates for scams.
00:23According to the CICC,
00:25unregistered SIM cards are being used to send a text message
00:30containing dangerous links for scams.
00:34The CICC has been appointed by the National Telecommunications Commission
00:41to discuss the results of their investigation.
