00:00Come like commission, George Irwin Garcia has a shout-out or piece of really important advice to troublemakers or pranksters seeking to disrupt or visit damage in the May 12 midterm polls.

00:30A clear warning by Come like Chairman George Garcia to those who intend to cause trouble in May's midterm elections.

01:18Hindi naman po papahigang Come like, ang PNP at AFP, na basta na lang nyo guguloyin ang ating katahimikan at pakatapos walang karampatang kaparusahan.

01:26Tatandaan nyo, we can be patient, but the patience can always run out.

01:32And dahil dyan, kahit tapos sa eleksyon, hahabulin-hahabulin pa rin po namin kayo.

01:38In Chairman Garcia's PNP Election Training Culmination Ceremony speech,

01:41He affirmed his commitment to uphold and defend democracy in his message to all cops up for deployment in the upcoming elections.

01:49Isa sa pinapanindigan po na inyong commissioner elections, dapat meron tayo lagi na transparency sa ating ginagawa.

01:57Dapat wala tayong itinatago.

01:59Dapat alam nilang lahat, lalo na mga kababayan natin, ano ang proseso ng ating halalan.

02:04Sapagkat ang isang halalan na merong puwang o merong tinatago ay hindi tunay na halalan.

02:12Come like's appeal to all police who will serve as false security implementers.

02:16Ating pakiusap sa Philippine National Police, sa pagpe-perform ng ating mga duties ang ating tungkulin,

02:22lagi po nating iisipin na ang isang halalan ang simbolo ng pinakamataas na aspirasyon sa demokrasya ng ating bansa.

02:32Bali wala tayong lahat, bali wala lahat ang posisyon, ang ranggo na nasa ating mga balikat,

02:38kung walang paniniwala sa ayos at ganda ng ating demokrasya.

02:43Garcia further said that with the intensified training of the entire force of the PNP and AFP,

02:50anyone who attempts to harm voters or election workers in the midterm polls will not escape the long arm of the law.

02:56So sana pag-isipan niyong mabuti kung gagawa po kayo ng isang krimen na talalo na ito ay laban sa inyong mga katunggali,

03:05laban sa mga electoral board members natin na mga guru na magsisilbi lamang bilang mga bayani natin,

03:11at lalong-lalo na laban sa ating mga mamamayan na bovoto sa araw ng eleksyon.

03:17Kinakailangan makaboto sila ng maayos, walang takot, walang pangamba.
