00:17She's only 120 pounds from 200 pounds.

00:36When I walk,
00:38my whole body is shaking.
00:41When I sit,
00:42I'm carrying two people.
00:46The truth hurts.
00:48And because of this moment of truth,
00:51Arianne Banad woke up to the truth
00:53of her 26-year-old self.
00:56At 5'4",
00:58Arianne's body mass index, or BMI,
01:00shows that she's obese.
01:02She's almost 70 pounds heavier
01:04than the recommended maximum weight
01:06for her height.
01:08I reached 200 pounds.
01:11My waistline is 43 inches.
01:15Since she stopped studying in 2011,
01:18Arianne chose to stay at home.
01:21I'm afraid of job interviews.
01:24I'm always lying down.
01:26Sometimes, my parents bring me food.
01:32Arianne's room service
01:34includes sweets and chips.
01:37I don't eat on time.
01:39Instead of waking up at 7am,
01:43I eat breakfast at 10am.
01:46My lunch is at 3pm.
01:49I don't have dinner.
01:52Instead of having dinner,
01:54I eat bread and ice cream.
02:00Eat, sleep, eat.
02:03Arianne was a dead marauder
02:04when she first saw her figure.
02:06She was shocked
02:07when she found out
02:08that she's already overweight.
02:11I can't even fix my shoes
02:15because they're too big.
02:17When I'm in the jeep,
02:19I don't want to be caught
02:21because I know
02:23that I won't be able to sit.
02:26Arianne tried a wrong diet.
02:29Instead of dieting,
02:31she gained weight.
02:33It seems like it's a fake news
02:35because of her wrong belief.
02:38They said that rice makes you fat.
02:41So, I removed rice from my diet
02:44and I ate bread.
02:46But it was just a handful of bread.
02:50She even worked out.
02:52But the struggle is real
02:54so she didn't give up.
02:57I told myself,
02:58you're already big.
02:59What did you do?
03:02But now, this is Arianne.
03:05My current weight is 125 pounds
03:08and my waistline is 31 inches.
03:12From a beast,
03:13her BMI is normal.
03:16How did she achieve this?
03:1980% of her diet
03:22is focused on her diet.
03:24Whether it's a meal or snacks,
03:26her food is already steamed.
03:29This is what I usually eat
03:31in a meal.
03:32Steamed vegetables,
03:34¼ cup of red rice,
03:36and steamed fish
03:39that I fry.
03:43Most of all,
03:44she learned how to count calories.
03:47When I started my diet,
03:49the calories I eat every day
03:51is 1,200.
03:54When I lost weight,
03:56I also lost the calories
03:58that I eat every day
04:00which is 800 calories a day.
04:0720% of her healthy lifestyle
04:09is working out.
04:12When I started exercising,
04:14I do cardio,
04:15which is treadmill or bike.
04:18She does treadmill for 15 to 30 minutes.
04:22While running on the treadmill,
04:24her heart beats fast
04:25which helps with calories and fat burning.
04:28This also strengthens her lower body
04:30and full body workouts.
04:35To say goodbye to her flabby arms,
04:37Arianne does weight training.
04:39Biceps and triceps work out
04:41in cable rows.
04:44Side lateral raises
04:46work out the shoulders.
04:52Arianne does planking and leg raises
04:54to make her buttocks smaller.
04:57It also strengthens the core,
04:59abs, back, and groin
05:01which helps with the balance of a person.
05:04Arianne does weighted squats
05:06which is good for the legs.
05:08It helps to dissolve
05:10the cellulites or fat deposits
05:12in the thighs.
05:13It also makes the glutes stronger.
05:17She does all of these
05:1912 repetitions three times.
05:22Every other day,
05:23she goes to the gym every week.
05:25If you really want to have a healthy diet,
05:28you need to increase your 100% mindset
05:32and make it a 200% mindset.
05:35Losing weight is not temporary,
05:38it's a lifetime commitment.
05:41If her clothes used to be extra,
05:43extra large,
05:44now, Arianne's size is small.
05:47She's also confidently beautiful.
05:56At the moment,
05:57Arianne is still committed
05:58to her healthy lifestyle
05:59to maintain her figure.
06:03As long as 3Ds are present,
06:05desire, discipline, and determination.
06:08Nothing is impossible.
