00:00Hi, I'm Theo with Manchester World and this is everything you need to know about voting
00:03in the general election this Thursday, in hopefully around 30 seconds or so.
00:07Firstly, if you're doing poster votes, post them now or post them on the day, so long
00:10as you beat the final election on Thursday, you'll be fine, it'll be counted.
00:13If you miss that, then walk it down to the polling station, you can still hand them in,
00:16you might need to fill out a form, but in general you'll be okay.
00:19Now polling stations themselves are open from 7 in the morning until 10 at night, go before
00:22work, after work, in the middle of work, just don't let your boss find out.
00:25Everyone will need voter IDs, so that means passports or driving licences, there's other
00:29stuff some boss passes, google them if you're not sure.
00:31And finally, don't post pictures of your polling card online, it's illegal, it's not good,
00:34you might get in trouble.
00:35Only post pictures of your dog at polling stations, that's all anyone wants to see.
00:39We love dogs, you love dogs, everyone loves dogs, I've probably gone over time.
00:42I'm Theo, this is Manchester World, follow us for more, thank you.
