Gym workout mistakes to avoid

1. Start your workout gradually. Don’t immediately indulge in strenuous activities.
2. Make sure to maintain proper position while lifting weights or while doing back exercises.
3. Don’t focus too much on the upper limbs. Make sure that you strengthen your legs too.

00:04So, as a general person, I myself have gone to the gym to work out sometimes.
00:09So, basically, an orthopedic surgeon is a small outline of what mistakes happen in the gym and what not to do.
00:18So, generally, when we go to the gym, many people go to the gym with the attitude of working out vigorously and building the body immediately.
