00:00In the midst of China's alliance, Japan also gave up any country that is not subject to the Reciprocal Access Agreement or RAA with the Philippines.

00:21After the historic signing of the Reciprocal Access Agreement or RAA between Japan and the Philippines,
00:28the Deputy Press Secretary of Japan, Kaneko Mariko, said that no other country is subject to it.
00:59This is what Japan said after China agreed to the RAA between Japan and the Philippines.
01:07China said that any cooperation between countries should not be a threat to regional peace and stability.
01:15It should also not be targeted or destroyed in the interest of other countries.
01:20Under the RAA, Japan's Self-Defense Forces will provide access to the country and Philippine soldiers in Japan for joint training exercises,
01:31such as the strengthening of the Visiting Forces Agreement between the Philippines and the United States.
