To celebrate three decades in Malaysia's health and beauty retail industry, Watsons Malaysia has unveiled its partnership with AirAsia to lift its business to greater heights.

This collaboration launches Watsons’ first aircraft livery, in-flight branding, in-flight shopping and in-flight engagement.

00:09it has unveiled a groundbreaking initiative that brings its business to new heights.
00:14Watsons is the first retailer to collaborate with AirAsia to offer its beauty and wellness products to the skies,
00:21launching Watsons' first livery in-flight branding, in-flight shopping and in-flight engagement.
00:30With Watsons Malaysia Managing Director and Exclusives Regional Director of Watsons International, Karin Low said,
00:37this effort underscores Watsons' commitment to innovation and customer engagement,
00:42setting a new standard for the retail sector.
00:44Today's collaboration is very unique where we collaborated with AirAsia
00:49and what is so special is that we do have a special offer for Watsons Club members
00:53where you spend and win and you have the chance to win more than 120 prizes of free flights as well as a hotel stay.
01:05This momentous milestone on July 5th was attended by the Chairman of AS Watson Group, Dominic Lai,
01:11Group CEO of AS Watson Group, Dr. Malina Ngai, and the Watsons Management Team and business partners.
01:18AirAsia's Management Team, Watsons Malaysia Ambassadors Eda Jabat and Pei Yong,
01:23Watsons Celebrity Friends and Watsons Elite Members were also present.
01:28Dr. Malina Ngai, who had come all the way from Hong Kong for the event,
01:32expressed her elation in celebrating this landmark occasion.
01:38I'm really honoured and excited to be here to join the launch of the partnership between Watsons Malaysia and AirAsia
01:45and the launch of the first Watsons-branded airplane, which is a key initiative of our 30th anniversary celebration.

02:17The Watsons-branded airplane livery features Watsons Malaysia's cat mascot, Unique,
02:23prominently features the Watsons Club member card and highlights the convenience of shopping O plus O,
02:29emphasising that customers can now shop via the Watsons app or website and enjoy express delivery,
02:35ensuring their products are delivered to their doorstep in less than two hours.
02:40The first flight on a Watsons vessel will begin on July 15 for travel,
02:44with four daily flights to selected domestic and international destinations.
02:48For Watsons and AirAsia, basically this collaboration, both of us have the same ambition.
02:54We aim to revive domestic and international tourism in Malaysia.
03:00So what happens is we want travellers to experience a new experience when they are on flight.
03:06They also can conveniently purchase products that they love, like Watsons products, in the plane.
03:13That is our main objective of collaboration between Watsons Malaysia and also AirAsia.
03:18For travellers who board the Watsons-branded aircraft, AirAsia will activate in-flight engagements
03:24on the 30th of every month to drive giveaways and enhance passenger interaction.
