00:05So a couple of things, yes.
00:06So the answer is yes.
00:07But I do want to say the Director is working hard to examine what happened and to ensure
00:12protectees have needed security.
00:15And she is committed to cooperate fully with the independent review that the President
00:20obviously announced and directed to move forward with just a day or so ago.
00:25Everything is moving so quickly.
00:28The men and women at the Secret Service have a hard job, as you heard the Secretary mention.
00:32They work tirelessly every day to protect the President, former Presidents, and other
00:36people.
00:37Their mission is critical, and we need all hands on deck in this moment.
00:41Right now we are focused on getting all the facts so we can get to the bottom of this,
00:45of what happened.
00:46It is important for the American people to know what happened.
00:49That's why the President directed an independent review.
00:53And that's what the President asked for, direct the Secret Service to provide Donald
01:00Trump and all other protectees the resources needed to ensure safety, and order the Secret
01:05Service to review all security measures for the Republic Convention, which is what you've
01:10heard directly from the Secret Service speak to in the past 24 hours or so.
01:16But yes, he has confidence.
01:17And does he have confidence in Secretary of the Office of the Assistant Secretary?
01:21Yes.
01:22Does the President have plans, or has he spoken with the family of the man who was killed
01:26at the rally?
01:27So, you heard me at the top, and you heard the President speak in his Oval Address, and
01:32one time before that, obviously.
01:35And he gave a heartfelt condolences to Corey's family, and the families, obviously, who were
01:43affected by the horrific shooting on Saturday.
01:46And so the President understands loss, obviously, as you all know.
01:50He understands what it means to lose someone that you love.
01:54Our condolences, our prayers go out to Corey's family.
01:58I don't have anything else to add.
