00:00In the name of Allah, the most Beneficent, the most Merciful.
00:02Respected viewers, Peace be upon you.
00:05In Damiri Hayatul Hayvan, it is written that once the Holy Prophet met a person during his journey and he was his guest.
00:17He visited the Holy Prophet as much as he could.
00:23While leaving, the Holy Prophet said to him,
00:27If you want anything from us, we will pray for you so that your wish is fulfilled.
00:33He said, Pray to God to give me a camel on which I can travel with my necessities of life and a few sheep whose milk I can use.
00:46The Holy Prophet prayed for him.
00:51Then he turned to the Companions and said,
00:54I wish this person's courage was as strong as the old woman of the Children of Israel.
00:59He would tell us to ask God for the good of this world and the Hereafter.
01:04The Companions said, O Messenger of Allah, what is the story of the weakness of the Children of Israel?
01:10The Holy Prophet said,
01:13When Moses wanted to go from Egypt to Syria with the Children of Israel, he forgot the way.
01:21He asked a lot, but he did not know anything.
01:24So Moses was afraid that he would get into trouble again like before.
01:31He gathered his companions and asked,
01:33Have you made a promise to the people of Egypt that if we leave this city, the promise will be broken?
01:41The people replied,
01:43Yes, we have heard from our forefathers that when Joseph passed away,
01:49they asked the people of Egypt to take my funeral with them when you go to Syria,
01:55and to bury my father near Jacob.
01:59Our ancestors had accepted.
02:02Moses said,
02:04Go back to Egypt and fulfill your promise,
02:08otherwise you will never be saved from this trouble.
02:12All the people returned to Egypt.
02:15Whoever Moses asked about the grave of Joseph,
02:20he expressed his ignorance.
02:24Someone said,
02:25There is an old woman who says that I know where the grave of Joseph is.
02:31Moses called the woman.
02:34When the man of Moses reached the woman and informed her of the incident,
02:41he said to Moses,
02:43If you need my knowledge, come to me,
02:47because this is what knowledge requires.
02:50When this message reached Moses,
02:53he confirmed it and was amazed at the great courage of the woman.
02:58Then he came to the woman himself and asked about the grave of Joseph.
03:04The woman replied,
03:06O Moses, knowledge is a precious thing.
03:09I have kept it hidden in my heart for many years.
03:13I will tell you when you accept my three things.
03:17Moses said,
03:19Tell me your needs.
03:22The woman said,
03:23My first wish is that my youth returns.
03:27The second is that you marry me.
03:30And the third is that I get the honor of being your wife in the hereafter.
03:35Moses was amazed at the great courage of the woman,
03:39who wanted the happiness of this world and the hereafter with her wishes.
03:45And prayed to God.
03:47So all three prayers of that woman were fulfilled.
03:50At that time, the woman said about the grave of Joseph,
03:55When Joseph passed away, the Egyptians disagreed about his grave.
04:01Every tribe wanted the grave of Joseph to be built in their neighborhood.
04:07The disagreement was so great that the swords began to move.
04:11To resolve the disagreement,
04:13it was decided that the body of Joseph should be placed in a golden coffin
04:18and its holes should be closed and buried in the River Neel.
04:23So that the water of the River Neel flows over the grave of Joseph
04:28and reaches everywhere.
04:30So that all people benefit from the blessings of his grave.
04:34Then Moses showed them his grave.
04:38Moses took out the coffin of Joseph from there
04:43and went six days away from the Holy House,
04:46which is famous as the place of the Holy Caliph,
04:49in front of the grave of Jacob.
04:52And buried it near the grave of Abraham.
04:56Saddam Ibn Abi Faras writes that
04:59Salman Al-Farsi, may Allah be pleased with him,
05:02When he was afflicted with the disease of death,
05:04Sa'd went to visit him.
05:06Salman Al-Farsi began to cry.
05:09Sa'd asked, Why are you crying?
05:11Hazrat Salman replied that
05:13I am not crying for the greed of the world and its love.
05:17Rather, I am crying because the Prophet of Islam, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him,
05:22had taken an oath from us
05:24that we should take as little travel from this world
05:28as a passenger needs to go from one place to another.
05:33Now I am crying because I am afraid
05:36that I have not done more than that.
05:40Sa'd said,
05:42At that time, I looked around in Salman Al-Farsi's room
05:46and saw only a pot, a bowl, and a throne.
05:51There was nothing else.
05:53When Salman Al-Farsi, may Allah be pleased with him,
05:55was sent as the governor of Madain,
05:58he rode on his donkey and walked alone.
06:02The people of Madain had been informed that
06:05the ruler of Madain, whose name is Salman Al-Farsi,
06:08is coming here.
06:10People from all over the world came to greet him.
06:14Some time passed, but no one came.
06:17Until he saw that a man was riding on a donkey
06:20and was coming towards the city.
06:23He asked him,
06:25Where did you meet the ruler of Madain?
06:28So Salman Al-Farsi asked,
06:30Who is the ruler of Madain?
06:32The answer was,
06:34Salman Al-Farsi, who is one of the companions of the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him.
06:39Hazrat Salman Al-Farsi replied,
06:42I do not know the ruler of Madain,
06:44but I am Salman Al-Farsi.
06:47Hearing this, everyone came down
06:50and began to present their horses to Hazrat Salman.
06:54Hazrat Salman said,
06:56This donkey is better for me.
06:58When they reached the city,
07:00people wanted to take them to Dar-ul-Amarah.
07:02Hazrat Salman refused and said,
07:05I am not the ruler of Madain,
07:07that I should go to Dar-ul-Amarah.
07:09He rented a shop,
07:11made it his home,
07:13and began to rule among the people.
07:15There was a pit in his life,
07:17where he used to sit.
07:19A pot was brought with him
07:21for cleaning,
07:23and he used to sit on it on the way.
07:27Coincidentally, one day
07:29there was a terrible flood in the city.
07:31All the people were worried
07:33about their wealth,
07:35their wives and children,
07:37and were screaming.
07:39When Salman Al-Farsi
07:41got up from his place,
07:43he put his skin on his shoulder,
07:45wrapped it in one hand,
07:47and with a rope in the other hand,
07:49he took the path of salvation
07:51without fear and anxiety.
07:53At that time, it was said that
07:55such humble and low-minded people
07:57who do not love the world
07:59will be saved on the Day of Judgment.
