आईएएनएस ने खास बाचतीत के दौरान भारतीय कथा वाचक मोरारी बापू से जब ये पूछा गया कि क्या हिंदू हिंसक है? तो इस पर मोरारी बापू ने कहा कि वेदकाल से आज तक पूरा इतिहास गवाह है हिंदू और हिंदुत्व जैसे उदार कोई नही। हमें कोई और उपासना पद्धति का नाम नहीं लेना है। व्यवहारिक देखिये दुनिया में किस विचारधार में ज्याद हत्या हुई। सब अपनी विचारधार पेश करते हैं। सबको पता है हिंदू तो आकाश जैसा उदार है और सबको पता है सनातन जैसा कोई उदार नहीं है। हम चींटीं को कण कण देते हैं ,कबूतर को देते हैं। अपवाद हो सकता है लेकिन सनातन धर्म के संतान के रुप में कह सकता हूं हमारी उदार परंपरा है। हमने तो नहीं देखी हिंदू हिंसक है।
