बजट को लेकर ICAI के प्रेसिडेंट ने कहा कि इस बजट डिस्कशन में बजट के प्रावधानों पर चर्चा किया और जो सरकार देश में चेंज किया है। इनकम टैक्स में जीएसटी में कस्टम में उस सभी चीजों पर चर्चा की गई जैसा कि इस बार बजट में सरकार ने चीजों को लिटिगेशन से कम करने की कोशिश की गई है। जैसे हम टीडीएस को आज पेमेंट करते थे तो उसमें डिले हो जाता था तो उसमें क्रिमिनल ऑफेंस माना जाता था। लेकिन अब उसको डी क्रिमिनलाइज किया है। सर्च एंड रीसर्च में लॉ एसेसमेंट उसने ब्लॉक असेसमेंट का प्रोविजन रखा। 60% पर ब्लॉक एसेसमेंट हम कर पाएंगे जो पहले नहीं था सरकार ने विवाद से विश्वास स्कीम उन्होंने प्रपोज करी है। इनकम टैक्स में हम इसको लेकर आएंगे इस तरीके से टीडीएस में काफी चेंज हैं।
