कारगिल की लड़ाई में शहीद हुए शूरवीरों को श्रद्धांजलि अर्पित करने के लिए जम्मू से शक्ति उद्घोष फाउंडेशन द्वारा बाइक रैली निकाली. रैली को जम्मू से टूरिज्म विभाग द्वारा फ्लैग ऑफ किया गया. टूरिज्म विभाग की जॉइंट डायरेक्टर सुनैना शर्मा मेहता ने बाइक रैली को हरी झंडी दिखाकर रवाना किया. सुनैना शर्मा मेहता ने कहा, पर्यटन निदेशक ने सभी बाइकर्स के लिए ठहरने की व्यवस्था की है और उनकी यात्रा को सुचारू बनाने के लिए कदम उठाए हैं। पर्यटन निदेशक पूरा सहयोग देंगे। बाइकर्स जम्मू से सियाचिन बेस कैंप तक जाएंगे और वापस जम्मू आएंगे। हमारी महिला शक्ति हमारे सैनिकों का मनोबल बढ़ाने के लिए पूरे दृढ़ संकल्प के साथ इस मिशन पर है, इसलिए हम सभी को अपनी तरफ से हर संभव प्रयास करना चाहिए । वहीं बाइक राइडर प्रीति चौधरी कहा, महिलाओं के उत्थान के लिए काम करने वाली शक्ति उद्घोष फाउंडेशन जम्मू से सियाचिन तक बाइक यात्रा का आयोजन कर रही है। इस पहल का उद्देश्य युवाओं को राष्ट्र के लिए योगदान देने और सीमा पर तैनात सैनिकों का सम्मान करने के लिए प्रेरित करना है।
