00:00On this day, a statement in the Court of Arbitration for Section 4 of the Criminal Procedure Act was made for the Prosecutor's Office to hand over documents related to the proceedings under Section 51A of the Criminal Procedure Act.
00:18We have received some of the documents that will be used for the proceedings.
00:28However, there are two documents, namely the Post-Mortem Report and the CCTV footage that have not yet been handed over to the Prosecutor's Office.
00:40For these reasons, the Prosecutor's Office has requested that the documents be handed over to the Prosecutor's Office on 18 September 2024.
00:54We will be attending the Court once again on 18 September 2024 on the issue of the Prosecutor's Office.
01:03We have received instructions from Ms. Ismanirah to hand over this case.
01:11We, Mr. Fahmi and Ms. Ilyani will represent the two defendants, Ms. Zaim Ikhwan and Ms. Ismanirah.
01:21I understand that Mr. Amir Mahmud Enko is no longer representing Ms. Ismanirah.
01:30This case has been closed.
01:32We, the defendants, request that the Gag Order be extended to five TikTok accounts.
01:43For the sake of our defense, there are many TikTok videos that have been uploaded that have been described as slander, slander, incitement, and worst of all, subjudice.
01:59We were unable to name many, but this morning we have named five that we feel are very, very damaging.
02:10The content and the way they upload the TikTok videos are very, very bad.
02:15However, the court, Arif Hakim, and also the Prosecutor's Office, have suggested to the court that we report to the relevant authorities,
02:28whether it is the police or the SKMM, to investigate further on this matter.
02:33However, the court, Arif Hakim, has made a statement, reminding the public, including the five defendants,
02:42to stop making videos, live streaming, and other content that is slanderous, slanderous, prejudiced, and subjudicious to all parties in this case.
02:58That's all.
03:05Thank you.
