00:18interested in in watching can't and watching practice yesterday is the
00:22guardian caps and like can you walk us through for people who have seen it or
00:27maybe don't know the benefits that come along with it like do you choose to
00:31wear it at your position is it mandatory because I know it's some positions
00:35obviously they're working that in more and more and what how does it help so it
00:38is mandatory for pretty much all skill positions except for the quarterback and
00:43they have a couple of helmets that just came out that you can yeah choose to
00:46wear not to wear the guardian cap I like the axiom yeah some of the new ones that
00:50came out but I mean it's extra protection the one the last thing you
00:55want is in practice to get a head injury and prevents that I mean you're
00:59trying to make it to Sunday make it to it's a game time man so anytime you can
01:02take an extra precaution and help yourself out in that way I feel like it's
01:07a big time of course you look at it doesn't look the greatest on your helmet
01:11but sure protection and stuff like that it's big do you think you'll see it
01:15phased in to the games itself more and more because like you said aesthetically
01:19it does not look the best but could you see that becoming more of a more of a
01:24thing in the game yeah I know they just got it certified for dudes to wear it in
01:29the game okay not necessarily knowing if a lot of guys will but I can definitely
01:34see guys I've had head injuries and in the past doing it Oh lineman
01:38specifically and D lineman to him and you're you're in the trenches every
01:42single play so that can definitely be something that once we get going I mean
01:45if they can add another two three years to your to your career and also help you
01:50along down the road now that we have more things looking at CTE and stuff
01:54like that yeah and I can definitely see dudes wearing them
