00:00We could potentially see a Trump-Harris debate,
00:05which would be drastically different, I believe,
00:08than what we saw just a couple of weeks ago.
00:11But what do you think voters will maybe be looking at
00:15at that debate?
00:15What do you think will be maybe brought up?
00:18I think one of the things that I heard most
00:20from people discussing after the last debate
00:22was that none of the moderators' questions
00:24were properly answered.
00:27Do you think that it'll be more traditional debate
00:30than what we've seen the last couple of times?
00:33I think Harris will give you a more traditional debate
00:36than what we've seen.
00:37And I think she'll do a fantastic job.
00:39If you think back to her vice presidential debate
00:42against Mike Pence and some of the debates
00:45that she was in as a primary caucus candidate in 2019,
00:49she did a fantastic job.
00:50She's a strong speaker.
00:52She can make an argument.
00:53She's got that lawyer-prosecutor background
00:55to make her case.
00:58So I would expect her to do a better job answering questions
01:00and a better job making a case against Donald Trump.
01:03The other thing I think that will be important
01:06in the next presidential debate
01:07is the focus can shift back to Trump
01:11on some issues related to age and ethics, morals,
01:16whatever that might be.
01:18People were so caught up on Biden after the last debate,
01:22I think because people didn't expect him
01:25to perform that poorly.
01:27So there was a lot of talk about that.
01:28And so a lot of talk about how he wasn't making sense
01:31in some of his answers.
01:33I think the general public is so used to Donald Trump
01:36not making sense in his answers
01:38that he kind of got a pass in that debate.
01:41And Biden didn't take the opportunity to point that out
01:45as the debate was happening.
01:46And I think Harris will do a much better job of that.
01:48I'll be curious to see if Trump decides
01:50to debate her or not.
01:52I think he should be a little nervous debating her,
01:55but I also think his ego is so big
01:57that he will want to try to go head to head against her.
02:00He'll probably be able to rally his supporters against her,
02:04but he may, if he's not careful in what he says,
02:08may end up further isolating himself,
02:11particularly among women voters and people of color.
