00:23where P4.37 billion is for the Confidential Expenses and P5.29 billion is for the Intelligence Expenses.

00:34According to Calihim, CIFs fell by 16% from P12.38 billion included in the 2024 General Appropriations Act.

00:46According to DBM, they received a total of P11.39 billion CIF Budget Proposal from various government agencies.

00:56According to the government, the agencies must comply with the regulations on the use of CIFs.
