00:00They had a couple of, a fumble snap with Jaden
00:03and I forgot who the running back was,
00:05and then the other quarterback came along right after that,
00:08did the exact same thing, but what was up with that?
00:13Yeah, I don't, there were a couple issues there.
00:16I mean, they've had drops too throughout camp.
00:19I mean, that's kind of been an underrated issue, I guess,
00:23but I feel like it's still so early
00:24that you always hate to put too much emphasis
00:27on some of these things that they need to clean up,
00:29but yeah, between that, I mean,
00:31the pre-snap penalties on the O-line,
00:35like they just gotta clean it up
00:36and you hope they do it in time before,
00:39certainly the season, but even pre-season joint practices.
00:43The pre-snap stuff has definitely been a consistent issue
00:47and you wonder how much different quarterback cadences
00:50could impact that, you know what I mean?
00:52But a lot of these guys deal with different quarterbacks
00:55all the time, they're not jumping this frequently.
00:58In general, though, how do you feel about
01:02Cliff's offense and this group to implement it?
01:07I mean, pretty good.
01:08I mean, it's, we still haven't seen all of it.
01:11I don't know that we're really expecting anything
01:15a whole lot different from what he ran in Arizona.
01:19I mean, it's still gonna have his air raid principles,
01:22you know, forwards, the whole nine.
01:25My only concern is the protection up front.
01:29You know, will they have enough for any rookie quarterback?
01:34You know, cause I think you need to be a little bit
01:37more cognizant of that just because they haven't seen
01:40a lot of what'll be thrown at them in the NFL
01:44and the speed is different.
01:45So will Jayden have enough protection up front?
01:47That's gonna be my concern until I, you know,
01:51they give me reason to believe otherwise.
01:53Yeah, I agree with you on that, Nick,
01:55the way you gotta see them in the game.
01:57But the one thing I hear in practice, what I noticed,
02:00the D linemen know that they're not getting cut,
02:02so they get fired off.
02:04And I think once they know they get sliced down,
02:07they slow down a little bit.
02:08And I think that can help out the offensive line a little.
02:11But I agree with you that you see the athleticism
02:15of Coleman and people like that,
02:17but you gotta see it when it's full speed,
02:19when someone is going to get your quarterback
02:21and not run past it.
02:22Right, I mean, cause I, I mean, Frankie Lou is a beast.
02:26Like I still don't know why he wasn't more highly touted
02:29across the league, given what he's doing
02:32and the production he's had over the last couple of years.
02:34But I mean, he's had a number of plays
02:37where he just wrecked guys.
02:39And it's just, you know, it's not great.
02:43When you see that, you're like, oh wow,
02:45that's their starter right there on the O line.
02:48Oh boy.
