इस साल की चर्चित वेब सीरीज पंचायत 3 को दर्शकों ने खूब प्यार दिया है। इसी सीरीज में माधव का कैरेक्टर निभाने वाले बुल्लू कुमार बिहार के नवादा जिले के हीसुआ के रहने वाले है। नवादा में ह प्रारंभिक शिक्षा ग्रहण करने के बाद बुल्लू इंटर और ग्रेजुएशन की पढ़ाई के लिए गया आ गए। फिर बुल्लू सरकारी नौकरी की तैयारी के लिए पटना आ गए। पटना पहुंचने के बाद एक दिन थिएटर देखने कालिदास रंगालय पहुंचे। वहाँ से बुल्लू का लगाव थिएटर के तरफ हुआ। पटना में बुल्लू ने सैकड़ो थिएटर किए। IANS से बातचीत के दौरान बुल्लू बताते है कि उनका जीवन संघर्षों से भरा रहा। पटना से मुम्बई वो फिल्मों में काम की तलाश में निकले। इस दौरान काफी संघर्ष करने के बाद बुल्लू को छोटे छोटे कैरेक्टर मिलें। उनमें मुख्य रूप से ग्रहण, रन अवे, लुगाई, खाकी, महारानी है। अपने संघर्ष भरी जीवन को याद कर बुल्लू कहते हैं। मुंबई पहुंचने पर लगातार काम करते रहे। एक ही चीज पर फोकस थे क्योंकि मुझे लगता था कर्म ही पूजा है।
