00:19This is the answer of the Kapuso 2020 Eye Project of the GMA Kapuso Foundation.

02:06After 20 minutes of use of your eyes,

02:09close your eyes for 20 seconds or look far for 20 seconds at 20 feet

02:14so that your eyes get to rest.

02:16Don't face the electric fan or the air conditioner when you're doing something

02:21because your eyes will really dry up.

02:23Sometimes, they don't prioritize making glasses.
