00:00There were a lot of shortcomings in this bill, from the angle of legal justice and the basis of democracy,
00:09in which there is division of power, checks and balance.
00:11This bill was made ignoring all these things.
00:15Secondly, who devotes these properties? For whom? Why?
00:23Three questions.
00:24In all three things, there was a big shortcoming in this bill.
00:29The interests of the builder were abolished.
00:33The interests of the person for whom it is made were also abolished.
00:37And the purpose for which it is made was also abolished.
00:41I will tell you how it is done.
00:43First of all, who is the donor?
00:47The donor is the person who has his own property.
00:53It is not public property. It is not the property of the government.
00:56So the donor has the right to use his property for whatever purpose he wants.
01:03Usually, when people die or when a will is made,
01:08then in such a situation, a person realizes that a good deed should be done after his death.
01:15There is a concept in our religion that if you do a good deed and leave it,
01:21then you get its reward even after your death.
01:24That is, you get its benefit till the day of judgement.
01:27If you plant a tree, if you build a mosque, if you build a hospital,
01:33if you build a shrine, if you build a school,
01:36if you build a college, if you build a well to drink water,
01:38if you plant a tree, then the benefit of these things will continue.
01:43The rest of the work that we do, we do it till our life.
01:46But this work, it has its benefit even after our death.
01:49Now you have said that you have been practicing for 5 years.
01:52What does practicing mean?
01:54Am I practicing or not?
01:56This is the biggest question.
01:58Now assume that a person's whole life was like this.
02:02He did not have much awareness.
02:04A year ago, he realized that we should do his work.
02:08His life changes.
02:10And he gives his property.
02:12So you have given it to him.
02:14It is my property. I want to do it.
02:16You put a condition on me that I am practicing.
02:20So what is the meaning of practicing?
02:22If there is a condition.
02:24There are many people.
02:25One condition is that he drinks alcohol.
02:27But he also wants to do the work of worship.
02:29One condition is that he does not pray.
02:31But he also wants to do the work of worship.
02:33Is it practicing or not?
02:34You have created such a thing which is neither in religion nor in our law.
02:38Similarly, there are other things.
02:41First of all, a Hindu or a Muslim can do it.
02:44You have created a division.
02:46Only a Muslim can do it.
02:47On one hand, you talk about secularization.
02:50On the other hand, wherever we can get together.
02:53We can participate in each other's work.
02:56You put a barrier in it.
02:58The third thing is that the biggest problem in this was that the government.
03:05Most of the property is taken over by the government.
03:08And now the collector has been given this power.
03:11I have filed a case against him.
03:13Against the government.
03:14That they have taken our property.
03:16What happens to 123 properties in Delhi?
03:18For that property, the same collector is deciding.
03:22You are the party and you are the judge too.
03:25This is the law.
03:26As you say, it is completely straight.
03:30It is not a matter of collector's rule.
03:32The thing is that the one whose property it was, he should have the right to decide.
03:36Whoever it was for, should have it.
03:38But the power you gave to the collector.
03:41Then talk according to the law.
03:43What will be the rule?
03:44Whose will it be?
03:45More important than this is that the foundation of democracy.
03:48You are breaking that foundation.
03:49If you are eliminating fundamental rights.
03:52Then this issue is more dangerous for us.
03:55This issue.
03:56I do not consider the collector my enemy.
03:58The collector decides about all my things.
04:01But a law has been made in a democracy.
04:04This is the power of the executive.
04:05This is the power of the judiciary.
04:07This is the power of the legislature.
04:08Do you want to end this?
04:10Larger issues are involved.
04:13So don't talk like this.
04:15We have made women's society.
04:18You made a woman a member of your board.
04:22So who is there in this country?
04:24Prime Minister.
04:25Chief Justice.
04:26Our president is a woman.
04:29So what objection can we have about this?
04:31You are talking nonsense.
04:33What rights will women get by making a woman a member?
04:36You tell me.
04:37This is purely a property issue.
04:39Or will women get more benefits?
04:42So there are many things in this.
04:44It is deceit.
04:46It is misinformation.
04:48It is deliberate.
04:50These things are objectionable to us.
04:53There is no difference in this.
04:55It is to be understood that on the one hand you are saying that Hindus cannot be loyal.
05:00On the other hand, you are making Hindus a member of the Waqf Board.
05:03This does not make sense.
05:06If a Hindu can be a member of the Waqf Board and has an interest in it, then he can also be a member.
05:13But we will have to see why the members of the Waqf Board are made.
05:20And why are they taken from the community?
05:23Because the community's interest is involved.
05:25So whoever has a larger interest will have a larger share.
05:29You want to end that share.
05:31You want to take the decision and power from that community.
05:34This is not acceptable.
05:36But our thought is inclusive.
05:38The organization we are sitting in, we talk about an inclusive society.
05:44We talk about inclusive politics.
05:46We talk about an inclusive country.
05:48We talk about inclusive interests.
05:50How can we say that this is Hindu and this is Muslim?
05:54This is what you are doing.
05:56The Waqf cannot be done by a Hindu.
05:59The Waqf cannot be done for a Hindu.
06:01A Hindu cannot benefit from it.
06:03This is what you all believe.
06:04Then why will he become a member?
06:06First correct the fundamental mistake you have made.
06:09If it is corrected, then it is fine.
06:11But we must keep in mind that the power of the Waqf Board.
06:16The Waqf Board is a managing body.
06:19It is not an owner.
06:21The property of the Waqf Board is neither owned by the government,
06:24nor by the public, nor by the Muslims, nor by the Hindus.
06:28Even the Muslims are not its owners.
06:30According to our concept, its owner is Allah.
06:33Now in your temple, there is an idol.
06:36We consider the idol to be a judicial person.
06:38A case is filed in his name.
06:40He is its owner.
06:42Everything happens.
06:44We don't have this idol.
06:46But we have Allah as the owner.
06:51Al-Fatiha.
