00:00A very happy gut morning everyone and today we are going to learn a very basic beginner
00:14friendly asana which will help you improve your core strength as well as promote your
00:21gut health.
00:22So let's start with our first pose, it is very simple, its name is leg up the wall
00:28pose.
00:29So you can assist this pose with the wall or if you can use the strength of your legs
00:35then you will do it without any support of the wall.
00:38While breathing, lift both your legs up.
00:41If you can, then pull your elbows inside once and then up once.
00:46So let's move on to our second pose, which is simple spine twist.
00:50Now this spine twist in a very basic format, you will keep both your legs at 90 degrees.
00:56Take a deep breath, prepare while taking a deep breath.
01:00While exhaling, put your legs on one side and your face on the other side.
01:05And after that, while taking a deep breath, come back.
01:08And again, while exhaling, put your legs on one side and your face on the other side.
01:13So let's move on to our third pose, which is called cobra pose and bhujang asana.
01:18For bhujang asana, you will bring both your hands close to your chest.
01:23Your elbows will be pulled back.
01:26So while taking a deep breath, come up.
01:31And after that, while exhaling, come back down.
